Ah yes, I remember now. My apologies, I thought Reg had replied on the matter. My brain has been so scattered lately due to stress and personal problems arising.

So, from my memory there were a few minor issues and things to note:

[*] I want you to be aware that taking the title of High will get you in a lot of hijinks from said High, particularly the Electric.
[*] We'd like you to drop the electromagnetic field ability, or limit it pretty heavily.
[*] The weakness is too literal to the powers. While those are reasonable [I] limitations [/I], they're not really weaknesses. Weaknesses, which completely strip one of their powers, generally stems from personal fear from before the powers materialized.
[*] Given his history, I'd suggest medical equipment, old people, hooligan looking people... Any of those, really, or something else if that helps.
