[@Vilageidiotx] In that case I'll submit an application when  I'm able (no computer at the moment, I'll probably have access to one in the next few days) and include Suriname/The East Indies. Up to you guys if you accept it. 

Would you be willing to reserve the area on the map until a decision is made or my app is out?
