Welcome to the site, Thraka! ^-^ Always good to have a new member, especially one willing to advance their own writing skills and contribute to the site! :D

If I'm perfectly honest I like all three ideas, though idea 1 has me the most intrigued. I feel like it could lead to some interesting situations for the character I have in mind, and also could be an unforeseen path of romance, though that's up to the characters rather than the players XD It may or may not also hit me with some nostalgia of an old RP I was in a couple years back involving murder and mystery :3

A brief overview of a character I feel could work well:

[b]Personality:[/b] Chester is what one might call a suave individual. He has a sweet lip on him which has bought him the reputation of an excellent advertiser, as well as an ever-cunning con artist. With a tongue so twisting it could knot, Chester has manipulated a great many men and women to buy his products, with the ladies receiving 'special privileges' at his service. He's by no means a holy man, however he claims to be innocent in the crime of his conviction: the murder of a lord's wife. Using his excellent bargaining power, he has managed to secure his freedom in exchange for helping a certain young woman to free her sister. Little does she know, he has some plans of his own...

[b]Extra Appearance Info:[/b] Chester is 5'11, has dark grey hair, and light hazel eyes. He boasts a lean and somewhat athletic figure, though doesn't have too much muscle on him. Somehow he'd persuaded the guards to let him keep his clothes, rather than putting him in rags...

Note this is un-edited to suit the narrative of the first RP's idea, so I'd tinker around with it so it fits the RP, but you get the gist of who he is c:
