I'm confused as to where your character actually is. Is he the apartment with Devon?

Actually I am confused Devon called from the lobby? But the post puts her on her couch in her apartment. 

Eitherway, if your character is not in Devon's apartment, wouldn't he have noticed Felix at the door?
