Yeah I'm still taking people in. And you'll most likely start with no armour unless you state specifically in you bio or something about how your character got their hands on the gear. Tho if it's gotta be low tier stuff. Unless we come to an agreement on something, but that discussion is for after the character sheet is submitted.
