[@Sep] I will by far be the first to admit... I am an ignorant yank who doesn't know the geography very well. So with that being said! There actually [i]are[/i] some tribal groups over in that direction! I didn't add them because I wanted people to choose their first characters within the boundaries of the usual Rifts, but I can add them if you want! They were going to be a later plot point.
