Zachary Ackerson had personally visited every single room he was capable of entering during the time he was wandering around and was now completely confident that the layout of the place was down. It wasn't really anything impressive, but it did keep him occupied for a while and that kept his mind from doing... whatever it was it did. It was now time for the second floor, which probably would have made more sense for him to begin on, but he started where he wanted to and that's that. *ROARRRRRRRRRRRR* A beast roared, shaking the very foundation of the building. Zachary nearly leaped right out of his skin, startled by the sudden noise. What could that even be? One of the Carnage Sisters? Were they planning revenge on the attempted murder from last night? No, that's crazy. Nobody could be that big of a hypocrite, right? Well, then again they weren't exactly people, were they? *Grooooooo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~wlllllll~~~~~!* While still audible, the next time was rather... pathetic. But it allowed Zachary to home in on the exact location of the noise. He looked down at his stomach and sighed. "Keep it up and I'm eating beans." he threatened under his breath. His stomach ceased its rumbling, likely realizing how bad that would be for it, him, and anybody within the immediate area of them both. It was a true hero. It also did its job of alerting him that he required food. Coffee couldn't sustain him forever, and he had not eaten since he got here. This could have led to difficulties if they tried anything crazy like last night again on an empty stomach. Coincidentally, his nose had picked up on an appetizing aroma. It was the smell of bacon. Glorious, delicious bacon. Zach followed his nostrils, leading him to the dining room where others happily ate a meal that had been provided for them. How lucky, assuming their food wasn't poisoned. That would be very unfortunate. "Ohaiyo, fellow victims... today was... err, I mean last night was quite the fiesta. Let us try to take it easy today... yeah?" he barely managed to say to the others in the room. Zachary might have looked like a zombie to the others. He was pale, he was obviously struggling to speak, and with how fast he was currently walking, one might think he'd lose a race to a turtle. And, of course, he had humongoid bags under his eyes. It would be fairly impressive for someone to not be able to pick up on his lack of sleep because of this. though one might also think he was terribly ill. However, that would also be ironic, given their current setting. Ignoring the source of the smell and disappearing into the kitchen for a few moments, Zach presumably set out to make his own breakfast. Once more, the smell of eggs and bacon filled the air. A while later, Zachary emerged from the kitchen with a plate and a glass of OJ, but interestingly there was nothing but a singular piece of toast on the plate. At this moment, it had seemed Cyrus had left the room. Zach briefly wondered where he disappeared to, but it did not stop him from taking a seat and staring at the lone toast on his plate. If the Infinite Nanny was still there, he had probably not sat next to her because of their lack of relationship. It wasn't polite, after all. Either way, he appeared to be in a much better condition than before. The color returned to his skin and he didn't appear AS tired, though the bags under his eyes hadn't magically left. However, a lone tear dropped down on the table he had sat at as he mumbled something perhaps too quiet for anybody to hear if they weren't listening. "They never make it out of the kitchen. Just once, I'd..." Why was life so cruel? Would things ever look bright again for the poor archer?
