It was a look he had on his face often, earning him the nickname Bambi. He recognized Marygold and Allison, both of whom he met just a couple of minutes ago in the ProfessorĀ“s office. Marygold has given him a standard x-men uniform to wear, it didn't fit right. He could tell it was a size too big for his stature. He kept trying to make it fit better, but seeing as it was really a onesie there wasn't a lot he could do about it. Fighting a dangerous group of mutant terrorists was definitely not part of the life he'd envisioned himself living at the Institute. At the very least he should have more control over his powers before taking part in something this...... This was serious stuff, he could get hurt, other people could get hurt, maybe even because of him. He was completely absorbed within his own thoughts and only half listened to Nina's introduction. There were so many things that could go wrong and he wasn't at all ready to entrust his life to people he barely knew. Not that he disliked any of them, he just didn't know what to think of them. He really missed having someone to talk to right now. A wisp of light was starting to manifest beside him, slowly taking on the form of a male anatomic figure. It remained in a haze like state. The fog like man was an astral spirit. It was about 6'4'' standing with its arms crossed in front of him defensively. It couldn't speak in complete sentences and seemed to have a limited vocabulary. Apart from that Francesco didn't really know all that much about him, just that he was very protective of him. "Worry not" "I protect" His anxiety has probably alarmed the spirit. It was a comforting thought to have something, or rather someone watching his back. He nodded gratefully at the astral guardian. His thoughts were too scattered to properly communicate with it.
