Erika, truthfully, was still surprised by the sudden emergence of the trial master quickly falling silent as the man began his excited ramblings. Apparently Erika and her companions were signed up for a trial, even though technically they could leave. At least it sounded interesting enough and maybe it might be fun! A good chance to bond with her Pokemon, yes! 

Before Erika could muster through her baffled state, the Trial Master went and performed probably the greatest mystery of vanishing after just pulling a rope! How did that work? ... It was unimportant as Erika glanced back to her companions, Joshua and Ewan. [color=6ecff6]"Well, ok... I didn't expect that."[/color] She offered still sounding a bit lost, but with her gaze returning to the cave opening, she felt more compelled to at least try it. What was the worst that could happen?

[color=6ecff6]"I'm... going to try it. I-I don't want to be someone who turns down a challenge!"[/color] Erika pronounced, sounding a tad unsure but with a clench of her fist and a determined nod, she marched right into the cave to see just what this challenge was all about.
