[@ProPro] I believe that your post is not respecting the limitations that you placed on Anonymous, or that I don't understand them properly.  You say "Collin is able to focus and project to specific individuals (within earshot)." and yet he's talking to Maxwell, who is not within earshot at all.  Is his power limited to Collin's hearing range, instead of his target's?
