Yog - Waaaay too over powered. Communicating with the dead is fine. Becoming a ghost is fine with the flight, intangibility [going through walls], and invisibility. Crossing between spiritual planes, tapping into your own spiritual energy to enhance strength, summoning spirits to attack enemies, and shooting beams of spiritual energy.... that's a bit much. You'd need to tone this guy down quite a bit. 

The OOC/IC is now up so approved CS's can be reposted there in the OOC and you can then begin posting in the IC!
