[@Sickle-cell] Not necessarily [i]other[/i] powers, just powers in general. Eidolon is only rated as a trump as he creates powers for himself without interacting with others at all. Plus after Grue had his second trigger allowing him to copy powers via his darkness, he gained a trump rating as well.
