It took Rebrer all of about thirty seconds to realise that these new folks were not who they seemed they were. Rather than his normal getup, he was also wearing the hooded cloak and leather armour like the rest of the hired hands. The hood served the dual purpose of keeping himself hidden, and his bow hidden. His rapier was at his hip, although his tools and rucksack were hidden away where he slept. He had quickly learned that if he kept the hood up and kept a distance, most of the guards wouldn't even bother saying hello. Of course, this new group threw all of that into flux. Running a hand through his hair, he tried to determine who the leader of thr group was. Or the head. They were the same thing, he was pretty sure. That wasn't the point though. As much as he would appreciate backup, he had already spent time getting to know the place, and this party was the last thing that he needed. They certainly weren't more hired help, so he felt somewhat safe approaching them, the man who had stopped them already turning away.
