I would suggest your first post being an introductory paragraph for all of your characters reactions to the crash, and then writing how they arrive to the meeting. The meeting will be taking place in the largest settlement within the Tradezones, so imagine what is probably one of the more well off towns in the Rift-lands. Once everyone has made their first post we can officially begin!
