Appearance: A full-blooded Scotswoman, Dahlia has blazing, red hair with piercing, yet mischievous green eyes. Her long hair cascades down her back to just below her shoulder blades when not pulled back into a ponytail. Her face is strikingly beautiful and she knows it. Like her brethren, she has porcelain pale skin and looks quite delicate.

She wears form hugging, clothing to show off her feminine body. A tank top that ends just above her navel, shorts overtop ripped stockings. She wears fingerless gloves on her hands with long arm warmers underneath. Her wears boots that end just below her knee with thick treads to help keep her footing. She often keeps dark flowers tucked behind her ear as a reminder of her namesake.


Ethnicity: Scottish, living in the British Isles

 
 

Background


History: Dahlia had always been of a selfish nature. As a child, her parents chalked it up to not knowing any better. When she hit her teenage years, however, that was when she became rebellious. As she grew into her adult body, she began finding that she was able to use it to her advantage. She quickly learned to use her feminine whiles to get whatever she wanted.

 
Rift History: Her family had moved over to England when she was still a child. She always thought of her home to be rather boring, that is until the rift opened up. Intrigued at first, she quickly decided it was much more show than anything [i]really[/i] interesting and she ignored it. However, after a few months, she began to notice oddities. She had some kind of influence on the ground around her. The more she worked at it, the sooner she realized she could move dirt, rocks, even chunks of the ground with nothing but a though. Mischievous as she was, she began experimenting and learning about her newfound abilities, and scheming up ways to use it to her own advantage.

 
War History: She was one of the first rifters in her area to begin openly using her powers. The first time she killed a man, she felt a rush like she had never felt before. It had been an accident, she was just trying to scare him, but she realized that she loved it. She began to wreak havoc, threatening anyone who might stand in her way, killing or severely injuring those who did. She sought out other rifters and, eventually, joined up with a large group at the heart of Britain. She was careful to hide her sadistic qualities from those she knew wouldn't approve and soon created a name for herself amongst her new "friends".
 

Alliance: Her "alliances" are mostly for show, as she only cares about herself. She has ties to the Wastelands, but she claims to be a allied to anyone who will have her.


Abilities

 
Rift: Britain

 
Abilities: Control over the Earth. Not the whole planet, but things it is made of. She can move rocks, dirt, and large patches of the ground with ease. She can warp it and shape it to her will, sometimes using it to travel, sometimes creating a kind of armor. While her abilities are quite strong, she is limited to the amount she can move or change. She can manipulate patches about the size of a house before it becomes to difficult for her.

 
Side effects: Other than an insatiable blood lust, none.

 
 
 
Personality:

 
Mission: To bring chaos and mayhem. She was disappointed when the war came to a truce and wants nothing more than for it to start it again.

 
Weaknesses: While her powers may be strong, she herself is not very physically strong. She often persuades those stronger than herself to look out for her if when need be. She also doesn't tolerate pain particularly well. While she'll put on a strong face at first, any lingering pain can break her.


Strengths and Talents: She has quite the silver tongue. She can talk people into doing things they normally wouldn't do with her words and sometimes her body. She also has great control over her powers through lots of use and practice.

 
Fears: Physical pain. While she loves causing pain to others, she cannot handle pain herself. While she puts on a tough exterior, if she is put in a situation where capture and torture may come her way, she is terrified.
