I'm... pretty certain Eva would've had to resort to Magia Erebea to fight Darquesse, from what you've got in the bio and what I remember of the books. Which is exactly the thing that's got her nerfed. Nigh-unkillable endless spam of high powered magic is a [i]bad[/i] thing. Especially when combined with unnatural strength.

A personality that would force people to kill her almost immediately with those powers is a recipe for disaster.
