Okay, I didn't claim North Borneo at game start because I thought the British Player would have it. And, well, having North Borneo is sorta important to some storylines I plan (namely an [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahmadiyya]Ahmadiyya[/url] homeland in the less-settled parts of North Borneo). So, can it be retconned that I have it?

And if not, would it count as map-painting if I take it, then settle Ahmadis in-game?
