Thinker is a T-Series Super Tactical droid comissioned by the Separatist Alliance during the ending years of the Clone Wars. Decimissioned during the droid army shutdown Koren Graeff successfully re-activated the droid and succesfully introduced new programming to make it loyal to him. Since then it has been the logistical runner of his organisation, running the day to day business aboard [i]Paradise[/i] as well as predicting changes in the political landscape of Hutt Space and bringing anything important to Korens attention. Due to the sensitive nature of the information Thinker posesses, Koren has built an explosive device into the thinkers head so that if he is ever taken Koren can protect his secrets.

As a double standard precaution Koren doesn't allow anyone outside of his organistation to know of Thinkers existence.

Ballick is Korens personal body guard, and is with him wherever he goes. He is younger than Koren, naturally, though even then his natural canine skills make him an extremely deadly combatant. Not only is he deadly in melee combat, an excellent tracker through his increased senses but he is a good shot with a blaster.[/hider]

If Ballick is the shield, Tram is the sword. It isn't often someone breaks the rules on [i]Paradise[/i] and flees. Nor is it often that someone double crosses the Golden Exchange, though when they do they'll soon feel the blaster bolt fired from this Kyuzo. Not even Koren knows a lot about Tram, he's silent and never speaks. Though that kind of discretion is something Koren can agree upon, which is why the Kyuzo is now exclusively on his payroll.[/hider]

Loretta doesn't know where she came from, Koren found her dumped as a baby not long after opening [i]Paradise[/i]. Not being completely heartless he took her in and raised her, as someone to carry on his legacy. She's the daughter he never had, while he never had time for romance or love he truly loves her like he never thought he could. While he cares about his own raise to power, while he will never admit it, he cares almost more about Lorettas future than his own. He's the unexpected variable he never expected to have in his life.

As such she's the heir to his fortune and his information Empire and second in command despite only being seventeen years old.[/hider]

While Thinker is in charge of the day to day runnings, logistically, of [i]Paradise[/i], Tara is in charge of ensuring that the high end clients are taken care off. Whatever they may need, alcohol, spice, massages... partners. A slave Koren bought and freed due to her ability to get people to feel comfortable and talk, she rarely does any of the dirty work herself these days, and the main reason she was even hired was due to her past as a slave girl. After all, it is always more beneficial and less risky to have willing participants being paid than people who are forced to do things and may have loose lips.[/hider]

[list][*][color=7ea7d8][i]Paradise[/i][/color], a Providence Class Destroyer which has had its interior redesigned in order to mirror a luxury resort. There are casinos, clubs, pubs, hotels, restaruants, spas and basically everything anyone could want. Catering to the low class workers to the Lords and Ladys of Hutt Space. There's something for everyone aboard.
[*][i]Informants:[/i] Koren has spent a number of years gathering informants and placing people in key positions. The exact number isn't entirely known, but he has his finger in about every pie Hutt space has to offer.
[*][i]Droid Power:[/i] Aboard [i]Paradise[/i] he has a full contingent of droids, many are inactive however BX-Commando droids stand in doorways and patrol ensuring clients are well taken care off, and no flights erupt. While many old B1-battle droids have been repurposed into waiters and bartenders, being painted, dressed up and decorated depending on where they are and the clientele they interact with.
[*][i]Ship Defense:[/i] While he has sold off all the old Droid Vehicles to private collectors, he has retained the Gunships, Vulture and Tri-Fighters to act as a deterrent against possible attack.
[*][i]Nightfury:[/i] The Nightfury is a specially retrofit Consular Class Cruiser (Charger retrofit) that has it's interior redesigned as a Luxury Yacht. It is the vessel used to pick up and drop off any important clients, who wish to board [i]Paradise[/i] even if it is in another system.

[b]Faction History:[/b]

[i]19BBY[/i] - Clone Wars End. Koren Graeff reactivates a T-Series Tactical Droid (Later named Thinker) and flees to Hutt space with the [i]Vanguard.[/i]
[i]17BBY[/i] - Having Spent two years building contacts, Koren unvails the newly renamed [i]Paradise[/i] formerly the [i]Vanguard[/i] and begins taking clients aboard. He begins selling information to the Hutts. He also finds an abandoned baby aboard [i]Paradise[/i] and in a moment unlike him, decides to raise her as a daughter.
[i]16BBY[/i] - Paradise is recognised as a Neutral Zone, Koren frees a Twi'lek Slave 'Tara' and hires her to look after the needs of high end clients. Tram first fufills contract for Koren, upon a Bounty Hunter who smuggles weapons aboard [i]Paradise[/i] to fufill a contract.
[i]15BBY[/i] - Koren comes across the Shistaven Ballick and hires him as his personal body guard.
[i]14BBY[/i] - Former Pirate Lord Xandu flees to [i]Paradise[/i] as a neutral zone to seek refuge after his crew mutinies against him.
[i]13BBY[/i] - Tired of being stone walled, Xandus former crew attack [i]Paradise.[/i] Koren uses the resources at his disposal, and contacts to repel the attacks. He pushes Xandu out the airlock for bringing conflict to [i]Paradise.[/i]
[i]10BBY[/i] - Fledgling Rebellion groups reach out to the Golden Exchange for information/assistance. Koren refuses.
[i]5BBY[/i] - Loretta begins to take part in day to day operations of the Golden Exchange. Local Imperials begin using [i]Paradise[/i] for R&R and Information.
[i]4BBY[/i] - Second attempt by Rebel Alliance to recruit Koren, and the ship. He sells them old AATs and MTTs, before selling information of the drop off to the Imperials.
[i]0BBY[/i] - Destruction of Alderaan and then the Death Star (Death of Tarkin) shakes the Galaxy. Chaos erupts. Alderaanians are hunted down by the Empire, some seek refuge in Hutt Space and on [i]Paradise.[/i] They become some of the few organic employees working in the higher class lounges and bars.
[i]2ABY[/i] - Small up and coming band of smugglers attempt hiest aboard [i]Paradise[/i]. Security measures are improved.
[i]3ABY[/i] - As the War Continues outside, Koren starts gaining informants outside of Hutt Space.
[i]4ABY[/i] - Jabba the Hutt dies, chaos erupts in Hutt Space creating a surge in Korens business as various individuals attempt to capatalize on the death of the most powerful Hutt. Emperors Death soon follows and the war takes a new turn as the New Republic forms. Koren gives a special tour to the new 'Queen Hutt' Boonatta, gives special treatment to Imperials left within Hutt Space in the hope that he can gain assets to expand his enterprise in time. Learns of New Republic task force sitting outside of Hutt Space.
