Shigure read it thru, then handed it too the doctor who was almost done with the tea. He said after reading it "why didn't she tell us? We could have helped..." Shigure said "it's Tohru...always trying to everything on her own" 

Tohru said "I'm sorry everyone...I didn't want to cause all this trouble..." A couple tears ran down her cheeks
