An event to her that seemed to be a gigantic failure, worthy of resigning, seemed to not shake Foy's foundations nearly as much. She followed him at the brisk jog when indicated to do so, still mulling over what he had said. It was true--she had given it her best shot. She wasn't capable of doing anything more than her very best, just like with her patients. There were some people that just couldn't be saved no matter what was done. The Alliance had taught her that lesson long ago, but evidently, a refresher course was needed. "I owe you an apology, Foy," Dorothy said. "I've misjudged you." As she slowed down as well, Dorothy raised an eyebrow at the ship where the Retribution had been. Either Anisa had moved the ship to a new location or this was their new ship, she imagined. Either way, it was likely for the best. With the mystery woman who had snuck on board, changing things up was best in terms of security. They'd likely have to take increased measures still though. As far as Dorothy was concerned, the mystery woman was an Alliance spy. They could all be caught and then tried for treason and some of them for desertion as well. "Shiny. Hope this is the new ship," Dorothy commented, taking it all in. If the ship had just been moved, it'd be a bit of a pain trying to find it. It'd stick out as an Alliance vessel, but she didn't like the idea of having to walk up and down the docks to find it. She had things to take care of: giving a punishment to her sister and then having an honest conversation with Anisa about whether or not she was really fit to be second. Each person today that he had met and felt a connection with had ended up turning him down. He supposed it was to be expected--Royus had suggested he try the docks in the morning when people were ready to leave--but it was a bit disheartening as well. Biding farewell to Royus, Fitz slipped the game carefully into his bag, making sure that it fit and wouldn't get damaged in the process. With that done, Fitz left the Toy Store and looked around a bit. Everything seemed pretty similar to how it was before. A leather worker's shop was closed for lunch, there was a clothing store for men that seemed to be pretty busy, another store (it looked like it sold dresses?) had a sign on it that it'd open up later on. None of the shops really enticed Fitz, though it didn't hurt that most of them seemed to be closed of the ones he noticed. He didn't need any additional clothing and he didn't feel a need to wait around for leather or dresses. Making a decision to try the docks again later, Fitz decided that he'd keep on exploring Newhope. Maybe the third person he ran into would be the one to help him get on his way to adventure. Maybe it'd be the fourth or the fifteenth. Either way, he owed it to himself to at least try. He'd come this far that it'd be a shame if he didn't.
