[@Renny]I'll get to work. Life in the colonies was a bit harder than earth due to the federation's hold on it, from what I'm told, though they were treated somewhat well. There were colonies who allied with the federation when, or after they dropped the colonies. But life in general would probably be the same as life on earth.
