These five planets Mirrodin II, Typhus VI, Ahnron, Spehis, and Polyserak. These planets constituted the seats of power in the Federal administration. They are often military leaders and officials of their union, overseeing production, commerce, naval doctrine, army doctrine, and recognition of other alien species as part of the Concordat. The Concordat consists of roughly 10 planets and assists the Empire in financial and military support. The Concordat also has many other worlds under its fold used for other industrial, agricultural, or other purposes. These are mostly slave worlds, colony worlds, puppet worlds, and assimilated worlds. They were once hostile towards human occupation, viewing them weak and incapable of command, they were of course crushed by human forces within the course of three days. The Gulgarans respected the strength displayed by the humans. For the Gulgarans, the first battle determines their opinion of the people they meet, they of course liked the human forces enough to agree to being an auxiliary force after their short tussle. The Gulgarans are massive, a full two feet taller than the tallest human. The Gulgaran’s believe in honor through both servitude and action, they would rather die in combat than survive a lost battle. They have a slim, tall, but muscular build; they are hairless, and their skin and complexion is similar to that of humans, with color being the only thing that differs. They were not adapted to cold climates, but their planet’s climate shifted rapidly, the Gulgarans needed to adapt. They used their technology to create underground, geo-thermally heated, super-cities; for traversing the surface, they used suits that were armed to the teeth, they were a warrior race, they were always prepared to fight, even in the harshest environments. In fact, their climate was caused by their warfare. The last great war on Nordos Prime ended with gigantic explosives caused by their superweapons, hundreds of thousands crashing into specific areas at once. The people who were spared from the war continued on for several centuries, most of the radiation has subsided, but their climate has not improved since the war. Being under radiation for so long, the Gulgaran’s might have developed a resistance to the effects, though this has not been thoroughly researched. The Gulgaran’s serve the Emporium loyaly, revering them as gods, masters, prophets. The Gulgaran’s worship humanity to the point of Zealotry. Some Gulgaran’s achieve the rank of War master within the Concordat military due to their sheer loyalty to the Human cause, their loyalty is rewarded as such and used as propaganda to further propagate the Emporium's influence. Kragat Excellent engineers, they were discovered on Ronin IV, a small mining world. They lived dormant underground until they met the human explorers. The Humans immediately assumed a very weary action, however they found that the Kragat did not display any intention of fighting. It seems their world harbored little danger to them, with absolutely no natural predators and their strong sense of social unity, they completely went stagnant in terms of weapons development. They did however drown their free time in building and understanding the laws of physics with the very limited amount of knowledge they had. Once the humans integrated English into the Kragat, they made it mandatory, the Kragat did not like this. However, over the period of time they were under the Concordat and the constant barrage of propaganda, overtime, the English in Kragat society became normalized, and the Concordat made sure that there were no records of the cultural purge. The Kragat’s underground home was well lit by bio luminescence; they often harvested the creatures around them to create a well-lit environment. The Kragat are an arthropodal race with their DNA closely resembling that of crabs and other crustaceans and Isopods. They have slow metabolisms and require shedding their carapace every ten months. Their pacifism has made them easy to enslave, and with more well-placed propaganda and neo-colonialist tactics, they’ve been absorbed into the human workforce. Their multiple limbs, high hand eye coordination, tough exoskeletons, and overall high dexterity and complex understanding of blueprints make them an amazing workforce for building and engineering works. Furok The newest of the subjugated races of the concordat. The Furok, also known as the businessmen of Azure Montal an artificial world – once the center of trade – where they would conduct business, they offered their starcharts and their business experience in exchange for their autonomy. They had no way of fighting, it seemed they were much interested in business and profiteering. The Concordat, being a military backed trade committee was very interested in what they could bring to the table, of course the negotiations were stiff, as the humans of the Concordat would take no less than 70% of their total profit, and on top of that all of their transactions must be overseen by a military presence. The Furok agreed, they were not fickle with how much they earn, just so long as they could spend it. The Furok bought themselves a lofty life within the Concordat, and subsequently the Emporium. While to the dismay of humanity, they were the engines of commerce, and one could not argue that they were highly effective con artists and businessmen. The Furok look short, around 3’6-4’4 in height; their build is somewhat bloated and their hair was short and white; their complexion was rough and warty and their skin was colored a light brown. They were sometimes called derogatory names such as “Frog Skins”, “Midgets”, and “Wannabe Suits”. They didn’t mind the names, they had profit, they had shares all over the Emporium, and a single rebellion could jeopardize those shares. They’d throw money at the problem, buying and funding whatever would make the bad thing disappear. The Concordat was perfect for these Shrewd, and repulsive businessmen. The Anuvayash The Anuvayash or in English, The Metal Ones, are a mere six percent of the entire population, the lowest of all the species that make up the concordat. They are an abandoned race of sentient computers and robots whose design was immaculate with clear intentions to make them serviceable to a public demographic. The Anuvayash and their creators were destroyed during the Triangulum war, and the Anuvayash were commandeered by the Concordat. Though the Anuvayash were sentient, they had no qualms, their main purpose in life was to serve. They made an excellent slave race, but instead of being put to use to construction, they were put to use in A.I. and ship design roles. The Anuvayash’s creators were somewhat militaristic, however, their ships quickly fell to the might of the Concordat. The Anuvayash – a spoil of war – was quickly subdued, their creation matrix, studied, reverse engineered, and remade. New A.I. machines that were completely submissive. The Anuvayash’s creators were brilliant in making sure that the Anuvayash wasn’t too advanced, it couldn’t learn new things, it could only do what it was programed to do. The Anuvayash could operate individually without a signal and will only respond to authorized personnel. The Creators of the Anuvayash also contributed many other technologies, such as a new ship engine called the Electromagnetic Ion Drive (EID) and drone tech. The Electromagnetic Ion Drive used an ionized field manipulated by an electromagnetic pulse to propel the ship, this method of travel used a fraction of the fuel compared to what the normal method of transportation used. The drone tech was much the same with the Anuvayash themselves, they could operate independently and obey orders by authorized personnel. Codes for Anuvayash controls would change every other day, and each code was unique for each officer of a certain ship or sector. The Anuvayash are also strictly controlled. They were dangerous in the wrong hands; thus they were monitored, and had to pass certain regulations, making them a luxury item in the Concordat. For military use, the Drone technology was further advanced and was used to help fill out the ranks of the Concordat starfighter corps; they also used EID’s on their ships to make travel more efficient. Overall, the Anuvayash, are subservient, sentient, yet limited robots. In other cases, they are also used as security on some planets. Other times they’re used alongside Gulgarans as an assault force. They are however, extremely fragile, and only served as another weapon that could fire back at the enemy to soften them up before the main-force crushes them. Demography(Min 20% humans): Throughout the Concordat consisting of billions of individuals 60% is Human 13% is Gulgaran 10% is Kragat 11% is Furok 6% is Anuvayash

Religion

The Gulgarans believe that Humans are powerful beings, wise, old, and incredibly intelligent. They are nearly fanatical in their loyalty. The Gulgarans believe that if they serve humanity well and with honor, they will be rewarded in the afterlife; how they’re rewarded depends on how much they’ve achieved in their life, thus their fanaticism. The Humans revere the Emperor, even more so than the Gulgarans revere the Human race. They believe him to be a god, a savior, an almighty force. They are Truly fanatical.

Culture

The Concordat is a human founded Autonomous nation that focuses on business, technological development, propaganda, and strong military presence. The Concordat culture is diverse due to the Xeno races that it managed to subjugate. The Gulgarans and Furok are the major contributors to these ethics.

___________________________

HISTORY OF THE CONCORDAT

___________________________
The Concordat dates back to the start of the war for the Triangulum. They were a human expeditionary and colony force. They ventured into unexplored territory when they were cut off from Emporium high command. There they settled five planets and grew outwards. They remained loyal to the Emperor, and with each conquered civilization, they found new technologies that solidified Imperial dominance in the Triangulum. The Concordat was signed in Mirrodin, as without a governing force, they had to govern themselves for the majority of twenty-three years. The Concordat in that time span managed to defeat, exterminate, and dethrone entire empires. The leadership and resourcefulness of the Expeditionary Force’s commanders were more than a match to what the Xenos could throw at them. This led to them becoming reigning council members of the Concordat government system. When the dust settled and they were reestablished with the Emporium, they were given special commendations and their region became autonomous. Their loyalty to the Emperor for the twenty-three years without contact was rewarded graciously. They had free reign to construct ships, explore, and subjugate any planet that interested them. Of course, the Emporium still sees the Concordat as part of the Imperial fold, and in many ways, they are. They are fanatical in their service to the Emperor, they see Xenos as lesser beings, albeit with a few exceptions, which the Emporium have found to be quite useful. They exert the demands of the Emporium when they are commanded to as that is their duty to the Emperor. Despite their similarities, their ships vastly differ in design due to the Twenty-Three year divergence, their entire time spent away from the empire as an Exploratory and colonial force was put to use. Their entire fleet was equipped to turn planets into bustling cities within months. Their military and first contact routines are also different, however they are still -as a whole- a lot like the Emporium, with demands such as “Surrender your planet” and “You are to only buy Concordat products” and other such things. They have several planets, ten of which are considered Emporium loyal and are the source of power in the Concordat. Other planets and worlds have experienced population culling, rapid industrialization, enslavement, and planet stripping. The Concordat use all of these to free up real estate, create thousands of ships and products, provide a labor force for the emporium, and create a large resource pool to pull from. The Concordat’s main strategy is to use its military might to impose the will of the Emporium and subjugate a planet, they will then annex it using propaganda and culture culling in order to make the xeno population easier to manipulate, at the end of those processes the Xeno planet in question will no longer have the will and reason to oppose their rule. Some have openly invited Human colonization, others were just too easy to enslave, and others still bargained for their freedom. Those were the only exceptions that the Concordat ever made. After twenty-three years and many dead officers, Lord High Marshal Kaveran became the leader of the Concordat. Back then, the highest seat of power was Lord, but when the Emporium came, they assisted with the governmental reforms; Kaveran became Grand Magisterial Viceroy, he was to be the iron fist of the emporium in their sector. Kaveran himself was not a man of words, he was a man of action and he demanded such. The Concordat became his tool to better serve the Emperor, to better serve mankind and those who would worship it. He was cunning, smart, strict, and most of all, he was ruthless. He served the emperor like a lap dog, for this, he and the Concordat itself received additional benefits. But do not let his brutality fool you, he is as sophisticated and cunning as three Grand Admirals and has the same training and combat experience as a Gulgaran, a warrior race. Many find Julius to be a fitting leader for the Concordat and praise the Emperor for making him such. Kaveran and the Emperor have had short discussions about the Expansion wars, he had to do some explaining as to why Xenos were given such liberties as they had given them. He of course answered, “because it was beneficial”, and found himself staring into the stars naming each and every system that the Concordat had exterminated life on, he continued with his explanation, “The races of this galaxy are beneficial, I merely use them as tools – a means to an end. The Concordat gives these liberties simply because they displayed obedience and subservience. I simply rewarded their loyalty, they are after all tools, and even tools need a simple cleaning, a touchup, an upgrade. I believe they can serve us better in their current position and their current liberties, ensuring their loyalty, because even loyalty can be bought, however, the best kind of loyalty is genuine.” He took a sip of his wine and afterwards wiped his beard, he then turned to look the Emperor in the eye standing straight as he did and continued. “My lord Emperor, I have exterminated, purged, and purified many Xeno worlds, but that is only because they were deemed too radical to live; I have enslaved and subjugated a countless more, simply because they were weak; but the xenos that have liberties now have displayed an undying loyalty to not only the Concordat or the Emporium, but to mankind itself. They EARNED their way to where they are now, and they earned it after twenty-three years of loyal service to the Concordat which justifies why I gave them those liberties. However, if you would wish of me to get rid of them, or tighten up our leash with them, I will gladly do so my Lord.”
JAMES MOTT
Lord Grand Inquisitor James Mott, a sly, shrewd, and secretive individual. He was inducted into the military at a young age, he became the interest of the intelligence bureau when they found he was able to steal enemy plans from behind their lines. He was not only an active agent, but he was a cunning strategist and he was a shrewd investigator. He masterminded the manipulation of the Kragats, and set up the devastation that brought the Anuvayash’s creators, the Adwani to crumble. He was not renowned, he was never acknowledged, or thanked for his work, he was a spymaster, no one thanks a spymaster. As a person, James was overly talkative, he would spout things out, he was a blabber mouth; this did not contribute well to his esteemed image, but it put most at ease around him. It let everyone who didn’t know about his job, his work, feel comfortable sharing secrets with him. This allowed him, the Concordat, and ultimately, the Emporium know what their people were thinking, and it helped that he was also in good terms with a few Xenos as he was once a criminal. He knew people who would provide information based on his background, he was street smart. This made all the difference when determining which worlds to put heavy patrols on. Because of his elusive and manipulative nature, he is called the “Whisperer” among his enemies. He incites fear, people are so afraid of him manipulating them they’re afraid to plan anything against the Concordat, fearing that he may be manipulating them into planning something. And most of the time, they’re right fear.
JULIA GREYSTONE
Lord Grand Admiral She is the first, and only female officer to reach a lord’s position in any branch of the military. There are four branches and four lords, Lord Grand Arbiter, Lord Grand Admiral, Lord Grand Marshal, Lord Grand Inquisitor; the Lord Grand Arbiter looks oversees the Auxiliary forces, the Lord Grand Admiral oversees the fleets, the Lord Grand Marshal oversees the army, and finally, the Lord Grand Inquisitor oversees internal security and intelligence gathering, they are like spymasters but they operate as both sword rather than the needle. Julia Greystone, is as ruthless as she is voluptuous, with fine red hair usually neatly tied in a bun, and rubenesque figure. She is strategically brilliant and aggressive, many Xenos now know her by the name of the Huntress. Her strategy is to chase down an enemy, even indirectly, in order to finish them off, not many have escaped her grasp. To the Humans, she is a symbol of power due to her gender, and her many triumphs. She is however headstrong, and will not retreat until she is absolutely certain that she will lose in combat, and because of this trait, many die under her command. She is also often referred to by her men as Julia “Gravestone” due to the many that have died for her pride.
VALARIAN MARDUKE
Lord Grand Arbiter Valarian had the worst lords job in the concordat, but he was undeterred by this. Valarian prided himself with the discipline and coordination of his Auxiliary corps, he is known by the derogatory name of “Circus Master”. The Auxiliary consisted of Gulgarans, Anuvayash drones, and Furok infantry. The Furok, while short in stature, contributed their most able-bodied personnel, they were usually more well-groomed than a regular Furok, thus they were less warty and pathetic. The Auxiliary Corps always goes in first before the main army, and Valarian oversees the actions of each Arbiter in the Concordat. Overly excessive losses were still punishable, even though they were just Xeno Auxiliary and drones. Auxiliaries still cost money, and further, the expenses to equip each Auxiliary is quite expensive, thus the Auxiliary have to be fairly decent. Valarian himself commands the Auxiliary to such a degree that the main force was never needed in most combat situations. Many downplay his actions, but not his fellow Lords. He was pragmatic about the Xenos in the military, sure they were Xenos but he thought, “Why waste a chance to bolster our forces?” and he has time and time again proven this to be necessary. Most men are still apprehensive about armed Xenos but they can’t deny that they enjoy the cannon fodder taking most of the fire for them.
WILLIAM MERLOCK
Lord Grand Marshal William Merlock, a tactful, skilled, and disciplined commander of the Concordat armed forces. He, like many others have experienced successes that allows him to bolster his esteemed reputation. His calm, quiet, apathy allows him to out-pace his enemies, thinking several steps ahead even before the battle began; scenario upon scenario upon scenario upon scenario. He was precise and patient when it came to his duties as Lord Grand Marshal. He was held just as high as Julia herself, and as tendency of human culture, sometimes they're mistaken to be a couple. Merlock is also the one of the few who commend Valarian with his exploits. Auxiliaries to Merlock are as important as flour in bread. William and Valarian work closely together, they often share ideas and have frequent exchanges in terms of tactics and strategy. However, it is clear that Valarian is the better of the two when it comes to guerrilla warfare. William is a posh man, he has standards, even in warfare. His enemies call him the “Red Gentleman”, his men call him the “Governor”, he himself likes these nicknames and continues to make these his traits. He is careful not to be too predictable, he has lost to Velarian because of his standards. Being the leader of the army, it couldn't have been more damaging for his reputation. However, he didn't mind, Valarian needed the recognition if he was to be seen as a competent commander. It made up for its lack of armaments with an advanced repair station and a large fighter/bomber complement. It was usually used to occupy the space above a planet with two fleets of destroyers. The Harbinger Class is rarely seen in battlefield. A Harbinger Class is only brought to a battlefield when the enemy in question either have too many enemy fighters or many large capital ships. The Harbinger Class can also fill in for the dreadnoughts, but without the weapons complement of the Dreadnaughts, they have a reduced fighting capacity. 10km Diameter 5km Height (At highest point) 150 Starfighters and Bomber squads 3500 point defense turrets 1300 Heavy Laser canons 2000 Heavy Railguns
___________________________

CDC-40 DREADNOUGHT – OVERSEER CLASS

___________________________
The Overseer Class dreadnoughts are large war ships designed to take on several capital ships and win. It is usually brought into combat when the fighting is too tough for the regular fleet of destroyers. The Dreadnought has a decent amount of fighters and bombers, not nearly as plentiful as the Harbinger, but it makes up for it with a number of heavy armaments. The large ship is often what a blockade would use to deter escape. The ship, like many in the Concordat uses EID’s to propel themselves. The ship thousands of weapons allow it to destroy enemy ships, and due to its design, the ship can fire in almost any direction. Because of this many who have tried to capture a Dreadnought have failed, underestimating the sheer amount of fire power it outputs. The Dreadnoughts can be put down, but after a significant amount of fire. At that point, the Dreadnought control center dislodges itself from the rest of the ship and jumps into FTL. 13km Diameter 5km height (At the apex of the slope) 5750 Heavy Railguns 3950 Missile Batteries 1750 Torpedo Tubes 2150 Heavy Laser Canon Batteries 3300 point defense turrets 50 Starfighter and Bomber Squads
___________________________

CDC-40B DESTROYER – JUDICATOR CLASS

___________________________
The Backbone of the Concordat navy, the Judicator Class enforces Imperial rule in the galaxy, accompanying patrols, participating in battles, and enacting fleet actions such as orbital bombardments. The Destroyer is heavily armed, and has a decently sized fighter complement for its size. While the Destroyer is not as well armed as the Dreadnought, it is usually enough for any given occasion. The Destroyer is a symbol of power in the Concordat and it is a ship to contend with, while not as armored as a dreadnought, its many heavy weapon emplacements make short work of an enemy ship, while its fighter complement allows it to screen enemy fighters effectively. The Frigates and cruisers serve support roles by screening enemy fighters or for providing additional fire power. The Destroyer usually comes in groups of three with several smaller ships, typically three frigates and two cruisers. Gulgaran ships can also be seen assisting Destroyers when needed. 2Km Diameter 0.5Km height 1500 Heavy Railguns 450 Missile Batteries 200 Torpedo tubes 510 Heavy Laser Canon Batteries 950 Point Defense turrets 8 Starfighter and Bomber Squads
___________________________

CC-40 CRUISER – ENFORCER CLASS

___________________________
The Enforcer Class is the planetary patrol ship, with a small fighter complement and an even smaller amount of weapons, it doesn’t pack quite the punch. It does however pack a sting, with several heavy railguns and missile batteries, the Enforcer can cripple a ship by aiming for its most vulnerable and important hardpoints. However, in a direct engagement, depending on the ship it’s facing, the Enforcer might take too much damage to continue. The Enforcer usually travel in packs of Five, with three of those five being Enforcers, and two of them being Guardian classes, these are called hunting packs; they actively seek out enemy ships to cripple, and after doing their job, they can judge whether to call in a Destroyer or destroy it themselves. 0.5km Diameter 0.2km Height (At the apex of the slope) 500 Heavy Railguns 200 Missile Batteries 400 Point Defense turrets 2 Starfighter and Bomber Squads
___________________________

CS-4D FRIGATE – GUARDIAN CLASS

___________________________
The Guardian Class Frigate is small, it doesn’t have any major armaments aside from torpedo tubes and missile batteries. The Guardian Class acts as a fighter screen and assists hunting packs with their torpedo tubes and missiles, their point defense turrets also help filter the sky of unwanted missile projectiles. The frigate also assists in landing operations, as it also functions as a small cargo ship. The Frigate is the smallest of the Concordat designed vessels, however, it is big enough to carry troops and large equipment onto the battlefield. 0.2km diameter 0.1km height 400 Point defense turrets 10 Torpedo Tubes 150 Missile Batteries. The Gulgaran ships were created with one goal, to wage war. Their design philosophy is vastly different from that of the Concordat. They designed their ships to be numerous and easily replaceable. The Concordat approved their designs and build them alongside their main fleet of ships. The Gulgaran Crusader Class is often seen in non-standard formations of the Concordat fleet. They are often deployed in groups of five without the main battleship to assist in Concordat operations or assist in large Fleet battles. 0.5 Km length 0.1 Km width (At widest point) 10 Dual Heavy Railgun turrets 2 Mass Accelerator Canons 1 Dual Heavy Particle Laser Canons
___________________________

XM-100 GULGARAN BATTLESHIP – PURIFIER CLASS

___________________________
The Gulgaran purifier class assists in orbital bombardment, its large gamma burst weapon more capable of irradiating its target on the ground effectively glassing a small area. When they are grouped in large numbers they can cleanse the surface of a planet in mere days. The numbers required however is so large that it would take a few weeks to even begin having any noticeable effect. The Gulgaran Battleship is decently armed, thus the Concordat assigns them to Hunter packs to cripple enemy ships. Their gamma weapon – which is can be aimed at a 45 degree angle – helps in weakening armor as it heats it up, effectively making it either brittle or soft. 1.2 km length 0.3 km width (At widest point) 1 Super-Heavy Gamma Burst Cannon 20 Heavy Torpedo tubes 150 point defense turrets 50 Heavy Laser Batteries 50 Heavy Rail Gun Batteries
___________________________

XC-2B GULGARAN FRIGATE – HUNTER CLASS

___________________________
The Gulgaran Hunter Class frigate is the opposite of its XC-2A counterpart. It focuses on its many weapons and strength in large groups. It is never seen alone, it accompanies hunting packs and Gulgaran Battleships. It participates in large fleet battles and is one of the most recognizable ships in the Gulgaran Fleet. Their use in combat can almost be seen as downright brutal. The Frigate has a small crew and many weapons, but the armor is quite thin compared to most ships. When it is out of munitions, and the ship is heavily damaged, the crew will attempt to ram enemy vessels to inflict heavy damage. Often the crew do not survive. 0.3 km length 0.2 km width (At widest point) 40 missile turret batteries 50 point defense turrets 40 Heavy torpedo tubes 10 Heavy railguns 2 Heavy Laser Batteries
___________________________

XC-2A GULGARAN FRIGATE – PROWLER CLASS

___________________________
This Gulgaran Frigate is known as the Prowler for a reason. It’s sleek elegant design, coupled with an experimental stealth unit allows it to sneak up on enemy vessels and inflict heavy damage with its torpedoes. However this frigate is mostly used to stalk enemy fleet movement and will report back anything it finds through encrypted comms. Since the stealth unit is experimental and is dangerous in the wrong hands, the crew of the vessel either resort to a ramming action or self-destruct sequences to ensure that the Stealth unit never falls into enemy hands. 0.5 km length 0.2km width (At widest point) 1 Stealth Unit 1 Super-Heavy Ion Particle Canon 20 missile turret batteries 10 point defense turrets 20 Heavy torpedo tube 4 Heavy Railguns 2 Heavy Laser Batteries
___________________________

XV-34 GULGARAN TROOP TRANSPORT – INTERVENTION CLASS

___________________________
The Gulgaran Troop transport, the most reliable vessel for ferrying troops and equipment planet side. The Troop Transport is reliable and dependable, but it has no notable armaments, only enough to protect itself. They are equipped with the best technologies and armed with the most intense secondary training that the Military has to offer. Guardsmen are either selected straight from the Military academies or from the other regiments. The duties of a Guardsman is to garrison planets, protect government officials, and suppress local rebellions with minimal effort. The Guardsmen are few in number but are high in experience and training. Among the Guardsmen are Gulgarans and Humans. The Gulgarans themselves make great Guardsmen, however, only the most ferocious and loyal Gulgarans are ever presented the opportunity to become a Guardsman. They are armed with the basic set of armor, their weapons of choice, and a few grenades. The Concordat Shock Trooper are trained to excel in small group tactics, guerrilla operations, and sabotage. They are the second most numerable branch of the Concordat Army. They are used for outflanking the enemy and harrying enemy logistics. They’ve been instrumental in many ground conflicts in the past. The selection process for a Shock Trooper is very difficult as the training will be twice that difficulty. The Shock Troopers get this treatment during their training to instill discipline, being behind enemy lines is dangerous and good training can make the difference between life and death. The regular trooper corps is the most numerous in the Concordat military. They are the main infantry corps of the concordat besides the Auxiliary. Their armor can stand up to .9 – 5.56 mm ammunition, they can discharge energy around the body and act like a faraday cage, and have a high resistance to temperature changes. The Concordat cares for their troopers and actively seeks to improve their fighting potential. Like their versatile cousins – the shock troopers – the Concordat Troopers also have their choice in weapons, and a few grenades. The weapons available to them is much more diverse than what is available to the shock troopers, like Heavy Machine Guns, Rocket Launchers, Flame Throwers, Heavy Laser canons, etc.
___________________________

CONCORDAT SNIPER

___________________________
The Sniper corps is a branch of the Army that has its roots in the intelligence bureau. The Snipers of the Concordat are armed with various precision rifles, a modified helmet, and ITE-Cloak. The Modified helmet allows the user to see into the Infrared and thermal like the standard, however, the helmet also allows the user to see into ultraviolet and X-ray. The ITE-Cloak or Infrared, Thermal, and Electronic cloak, makes the user near invisible in the eyes of a thermal or infrared lens while also making electronic aids malfunction, such as cameras, scanners, and other such tools. The sniper has been used in many situations such as government assassinations, espionage, and sabotage. They have been instrumental for the fall and subjugation of many worlds thus the Sniper corps is the third most numerous branch, yet the least well known. An engineer is equipped with tools and an arm pad that has an in-built scanner. The Combat Engineer has dedicated anti armor roles, repair roles, sapper roles, and logistics roles. The Engineer can engage in combat in entrenched positions, repair vehicles and structures in a combat zone, disarm explosives, lay mines and booby traps, set up a forward operating base, and operate fixed defensive positions such as artillery posts and machine gun nests. The Sapper Corps are the backbone of logistics and the powerhouse of the mechanized combat units. Without them, mechanized combat would be close to impossible against heavily defended positions and prolonged warfare would be near suicidal. It is well documented in history that Combat Engineers have played a crucial role in attrition based combat. In the documentation, Combat Engineers have contributed to a 44.25% decrease in casualties due to their role in both repair and defensive entrenchment. They are currently the hardest to apply to academically as the Sappers owe their success largely to their mathematics ability and advanced architecture. The medical corps have helped many lives operating in and out of combat. They have been crucial in wars where weapons of mass destruction have been used, such as places where chemical, biological, and radioactive weapons have done a sufficient amount of damage. The medical corps operate not just on the humans but also the Xeno locals of the planet. This, coupled with propaganda, helps swing public favor. Their actions have led to faction splitting in certain zones of combat, making some portion of the population Emporium loyal. With the support of the locals, most rebellions are short lived. The Medical corps are also responsible with reducing mortality rates in combatants, however, they are still counted in the casualties as W.I.A. (Wounded In Action). Depending on how severe the damage is, they will mark a dash and a letter. The letter’s NCE mean “non-combat effective”, meaning the wounds have severely crippled the soldier beyond combat fitness; the letters RCI mean “recovering combat injury”, meaning that the wound is enough to cripple the man, but not enough to render him unfit for duty; and lastly MUC mean “mentally unstable for combat”, meaning that a soldier has suffered trauma beyond physical injury and requires treatment in a specialized facility. Soldiers have terms for these W.I.A. codes, NCE is often referred to as “Knocked” meaning Knocked Out; RCI on the other hand is referred to as “Rocky”, meaning the soldier’s condition is shaky but not knocked; lastly, MUC is often referred to as “Mucked” it is used with terms like, “Mucked up” or “Mucked in the head.” Soldiers are glad there are medics around, but they dislike the fact that medics now use these slang words in order to refer to a W.I.A. They are often very durable due to their exo-suits which they themselves develop. Gulgarans often drop with the regular Shock troopers to confuse the enemy in close combat, humans often watch in amazement as Gulgarans rip their foes apart in such ferocity with their hard-light Arc blades. They also possess great weapons proficiency and operate well in small numbers. The Gulgarans are a prideful, honor bound race of warriors that train hard and willingly sacrifice themselves for the betterment of mankind. This has led to some troops considering them as close allies, however most find it quite hard to adapt to such loyalty displayed by a Xeno.
___________________________

FUROK INFANTRY

___________________________
Short, but armed, the Furok infantry display such tenacity in combat that it is hard to believe they are Furok at all. The Furok Infantry battalions adhere to such a disciplined fighting stance that it is almost reminiscent of old Human fighting styles, line formations, and unison firing. This combat doctrine is referred to by the Furok as a sweeping tactic. An overwhelming amount of fire in a single direction combined with the maneuverability of other forces to sweep away enemy opposition. This tactic works for the Furok because of their small stature, they can find cover much easier and traverse terrain with much less worry than bigger profile individuals such as Gulgarans or the Regular Human. The Furok have been used to great effect with this advantage, however their short stature also means that they aren’t as mobile as Gulgarans or Regular humans. To counter this, the Valarian has made it so that the Furok hold choke points where their doctrine would be best suited to combat a given situation, they are then supported by much more maneuverable forces as they go around the enemy and outflank them – surround them. This has led to the Furok being known as the Gatekeepers.
___________________________

ANUVAYASH DRONES

___________________________
There are three essential Drones in this cast, the preliminary Scout Drone, the Ripper Drones, and the Combat Drone. These three combat, suited drones help in both engineering, reconnaissance, and air superiority. The Drones are only deployed when more troops can’t be spared to a given location. Their usage is very limited due to the Emporium’s fear of an A.I. uprising, however after several years in service, they have proven to be incorruptible and useful. They are however fragile, thus they are inexpensive. The Anuvayash drones are more limited than their Ship A.I. cousins, thus they are less sophisticated and less creative. Their personalities are so suppressed and identical that they even mimic the monotony of the old ship computer systems. They are also susceptible to E.M.P. weapons, however this has not stopped the Concordat deploying more and more of them each year. The Drones themselves are just that, Drones, they are not as smart nor sentient as their A.I. cousins, which by themselves are also held back by the fears of mankind. The suppression of A.I. learning, and the short service span of A.I. lead to mass deletion of A.I. and remaking them using the Anuvayash Creation Matrices. These ensure that A.I., even when suppressed, never have the chance to learn beyond what it is capable of, and ensures that rampancy is kept in check. A secondary failsafe is installed in an A.I. and that is a corruption code that renders the A.I. inert and unable to function. Humanity closely guards these secrets in their research facilities, researching methods of suppressing the Anuvayash further.

SCOUT DRONE
They were used by Combat engineers to a large extent due to their ability to remotely hack, survey, repair, and go into deep dark places that were too small for Engineers to reach. They added a direct command featured for field commanders and infantry. Their simplified A.I. will respond to the threat with anyway they see fit. They attack with such ferocity and barbarity that they are kept secret from public eye. This barbarity gave it the name "Ripper" as it rips its opponents inside out, tearing bone, muscle, entrails, flesh, etc. it can also rip apart armored vehicles with a laser drill attachment. The Safety features that were added were FID tags, direct control option, and a self-destruct/mass shutdown of drones. Copies of the drones have been made, however the programming is difficult to replicate, thus it is very rare to see them being used by any enemy threat. The military uses slightly more advanced drones for protracted warfare. They are dispensable, weak, but numerous. The military uses them to supplement a numbers disadvantage and they've displayed to have remarkable accuracy. The same security principles apply to them as they do with the Ripper Drones. The tank is unique because it also has an artillery mode, it lengthens the rails are lengthened and excess energy is driven into the firing mechanism. The tank fires faster, farther, and past Mach 4. The effect on target is devastating as the rod rips through its target and shatters the earth splintering into thousands of tungsten pieces. The Brimstone is the frontline tank of choice for the Concordat. Though its design is old, it remains effective, and there is yet a tank to match its range and still remain reliable in all kinds of terrain. Artillery crew have disassembled and enlarged the tank’s rails and energy source to create their own version of the artillery gun. They’ve adapted the rod design to fit into a shell filled with high explosives. It was designed not to rip apart in flight and impact with more force than the tanks gun.
