Reviews from beta testers raved about the glorious achievement ready to be released worldwide using a controller known as 'Nerve gear'. Fashionable headgear. Hundreds of thousands were trapped in the online game after logging in to enjoy the new experience, now forced to beat all 100 floors of the game in order to see true day again. It was revealed at the same time the true nefariousness of the game when players were told that if your avatar died.. so did you. As you scramble through the town of beginnings there is widespread panic and chaos while the weak willed and scared lay numb with fear of what lays beyond the safety of the city. Others, in defiance or arrogance, scoff at such an end. For freedom you must beat your enemies, gather your party, arm yourselves with the devestating arsenol hidden behind bosses and dungeons, and beat SAO! [hr] The RP will start, you guessed it!, Right as Kayaba delivers his sinister speech. From there it is up to you players to form alliances, destroy the creatures thrown at you, and become strong enough to carve out a name for yourself. All of this while Kirito and the others all do whatever it is they were doing.. No cameos. [hr] The RP will feature a modestly simple form of crafting since it is based directly off an MMO. How will this translate into the written IC? Good question; No idea. Never tried to before. The idea for crafting in general is to give players options for 'crafting specific quests in which rewards, and subsequently weapons/armor, will be given.
