[@Dead Cruiser] I think (I am not 100% sure) what Lmpkio means by that is, you can make a Cthulu-ish monsters, and maybe even call them Cthulu, but you can't have the full power suite that a proper Lovecraftian monster should have. Because if you did, the world would already be doomed, the moment you sent one of your avatars to the world. Basically, I think the real gist of the requirement is "you need to balance around Kaiju/Giant Robots, not Great Old Ones, but you can totally be Great Old One themed/backstoried".
