~Lisette~
Well, Lisette certainly wasn't expecting that response. The slight sneer and the upturned nose was one of the things that set Lisette off more than anything. Even so, that look of fear she was wearing earlier caused her some confusion. Perhaps just a rich brat who had just got a taste of what the real world was like? Or something else entirely? More importantly however - was the ball in her hands. The black colored ball was definitely not standard issue. Jet black, with a silver spike at the top of it. She hummed lightly to herself as she observed it. Whatever it was, it seemed...odd. Gave her a bad feeling, and she liked to think she had good instincts. "You know," Lisette began, resting a hand on her hip, closing one of her eyes in her usual somewhat flirty and overly aggressive seeming manner. "most people would have at least said thanks." She took a step closer to the kid, fixing the girl with a cool gaze as she looked down at her. "I thought I was helping a scared pidgey, but it seems you might be more of a haughty meowth." Lisette sighed in mild disappointment. She liked kids, she really did. Well, anyone younger than her anyways classified as a 'kid' in her books. "So," She continued. If there was another thing Lisette hated more than anything, it was being ignored. If the kid was simply being a haughty brat, she could handle it. Being ignored like this, though? It was a baaad idea for anyone who knew her. "Ignoring people is bad, you know." Lisette's voice had taken a slightly dangerous tone. "Last guy who did that ended up in the hospital." She gave the girl confident smirk...before promptly thumping her on the forehead. "So are we going to have a problem here...or can I get at least a sincere 'thank you'?" She wouldn't actually hurt the kid or start a fight with her. No, she wasn't that bad...but well, seeing a girl this arrogant was just bound to give her problems in the future.
