As Mariana drove down the road she started to turn on the radio listening to some music while she drove, looking over at her GPS and then her phone as she started to put in the address to the animal shelter that she would be working at. She was slightly dreading having to work with a bunch of animals, she wasn't even sure if she was allergic to them or not. As she listened to some music she stopped at a red light and leaned back in her car seat closing her eyes as she sighed waiting for the early morning traffic. About fifteen minutes later she was there looking over at the animal shelter that was across the street.

Mariana rolled down the window and gave the man a friendly smile and nod. "Ready Marie?" He asked, he always called her that which irked her a bit and gave a slight eyeroll and nod towards him. "Ready as i'll ever be." Mariana said softly as she got out of her car, and locked it up she stuffed her hands into her pockets and started to follow behind him. "Remember i'm gonna be getting reports from your boss alright so be on your best behavior." He said as they walked up to the door.

"Yeah, yeah I know gramps." Mariana said sarcastically as she walked into the animal shelter, looking over at the dog that was laying on the couch, as the two of them approached Megana. "Morning got you a new volunteer for you." Jacob said gesturing towards Mariana.
