[@EchoicChamber] Largely, Daemons try and stay hidden as long as possible. However they can be seen by regular humans. The Circus acts like a lure to humans, allowing the Hunters to go about their business for one night.

SOP is for hunters to leave wayward humans who see these things alone. Usually they'll just assume that no one will believe them, or that their minds will find a way to tuck the memory away and not think about it ever again. If someone has the power to alter memories in the field, they can make the decision to do so.
