A drunk psyker that has likely been wounded to a degree that it required some level of dulling of the senses! I'm sure he won't have any choice words for the administer of said archaic method of pain killers, none what so ever. (Though I am rather curious what Nergüi thinks of [url=http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Death_Korps_Quartermaster]Death Korp Quartermasters[/url] (About as grimdark as you can get for the equivalent of a field medic)).
