Name: Alexandria Galtemalos. Age: 32 Gender: Female. Appearance:

Alexandria is a fairly non-typical in appearance. Due to a genetic defect, her hair has greyed early, though Alexandria doesn’t really care. Alexandria’s skin is remarkably pale due to the large amount of time she spends within her tank when deployed, and since most of her free time is dedicated towards maintaining and upgrading her tank it’s not a surprise that she doesn’t get outside too often. Alexandria has a large scar on her right cheek due to an impact she sustained when she rammed an enemy mecha with her tank. She could get it removed with cosmetic surgery, but that costs quite a bit and most of Alexandria’s income goes towards her tank, so removing something as petty as a scar is pointless to her. Alexandria’s body is fairly athletic, with distinct muscle visible without much effort, though she’s not in true bodybuilder sizes. A modest bust and rather thin hips means that Alexandria isn’t going to win any beauty prizes, but she frankly doesn’t care about that. Alexandria’s green eyes seem to be rather weary, but they also hold a flame of determination that reflects Alexandria’s will to trudge onward. While some other women in her field of employment may favor the skintight catsuit or a low neckline to persuade people to fight for her, Alexandria prefers a full and proper uniform over a thick protective vest. This uniform consists of a black dress shirt with gold braiding across the front covered with golden trim around the edges of the shirt. A red collar with gold detailing and trim adorns her neck, with a decorative red cloth plate hanging below it with a golden skull and wings along with gold detailing around the edge. Around her waist is a red sash with golden detailing and golden decorations at the ends. Over this scarf is a brown leather belt with a golden buckle depicting a skull with wings over an array of intricate decorations. Over this shirt is a long trench coat with a high collar. The trench coat is black in color with golden detailing and a red interior. The shoulders bear decorative golden pads with golden braids attached. There's also a fold near the back of the coat that allows Alexandria to easily access her powered fist, which also allows for the coat to be worn normally since the cables connecting the powered fist to the power supply would hold her coat open constantly. Alexandria also wears a pair of black pants, though these bear little to no decoration. Finally, Alexandria wears a pair of black knee length combat boots with her pants tucked into them. These boots have been reinforced with an armor weave to protect Alexandria’s feet. On her left hip is a large holster for Alexandria’s large handgun. On her lower back is a large cylindrical sheath for the powered gauntlet Alexandria uses as a melee weapon. Beneath her shirt, Alexandria wears a kevlar based armored vest to protect her vital organs. As a bonus, Alexandria’s clothes are specially reinforced with the same material, adding plenty of protection to what appears to be simple clothing. Weapons: Alexandria has two weapons on her person at almost all times. The first of these is an oversized pistol of large caliber. The weapon is deliberately heavy and cumbersome to mitigate the recoil caused by the excessive rounds. A five round magazine attaches in front of the grip. The rounds fired are typically FMJ, which is needed due to the structural integrity the solid round offers. Hollow point or specialized rounds of the large caliber could potentially break up if something were to go wrong, which would end badly for Alexandria. The second weapon is a powered fist. This fist is typically seen attached to a suit of exoskeletal powered armor, but Alexandria couldn’t save the rest of the suit after the crime lord fell victim to a grenade. The powered fist has a disruption field surrounding it, which imparts a heavy impact force into whatever target is hit. This can send soldiers flying with most of their internal organs ruptured and can crush parts of mechs. The powered fist is attached to a power pack that Alexandria wears under her trench coat. Faction: Formerly associated with The Andevin Hedgemony, now a wanderer/mercenary. Occupation: Mercenary. An old tank that has been made new several times over. It’s technically been destroyed twice, but was built anew each time. Previously the favored tank of a warlord, it was passed to Alexandria as a promotion gift after it was siezed during the rapid expansion of The Andevin Hedgemony. Alexandria took her knowledge and experiences upon the new battlefield to rebuild the tank from the ground up. Some of these features include additional armor and heavy use of automation to cut crew size down to one, along with mounting of shield systems to adapt to the new re-proliferation of mech based laser weapons. With the heavy automation that the tank has, the need for physical space within the tank was minimal, and thus the armor could be tremendously increased despite the outer dimensions of the tank not changing much at all. The treads of the tank have been fully covered by additional armor plating, and have also had spikes added to each individual plate for additional grip. The turret of the tank has also received substantial agility upgrades to keep up with the increased speed offered by some mech platforms. In addition, the tank is armored with thick chobham armor to protect against ballistic attacks, with the shield systems in place to protect against laser attacks and to slightly deflect projectile attacks. As a bonus, the tank is also EMP shielded and sealed against the elements, and has the ability to deploy four extremely powerful flotation balloons should it come into contact with deep water that cannot be maneuvered out of. The tank has four hours of air with all external vents closed. Finally, the tank is camouflaged with a sort of reactive camo. It won’t turn the tank invisible, but it does help to break up the outline when on the move in almost any environment and help to hide the tank when immobile. The weapons of the tank are also adapting to the new battlefield. One each side of the tank are four linked laser cannons that can rotate out one hundred and eighty degrees to cover attacks from each side. These laser systems are primarily used to overwhelm any shield system that the enemy mechs have with rapid, medium strength bolts. On the front of the tank is a pair of heavy machine guns for infantry targets. The primary weapon of the tank is a large plasma cannon. The balls/bolts of plasma fired by the cannon can be defeated by shield systems, but will easily melt armor, overheat internal systems, and generally make everything unpleasant for anything downrage. The shields of the King of Fire are also in place to protect the tank from itself due to the extreme heat generated by the cannon’s projectiles. The weapons of the tank are powered by a small nuclear based reactor within the tank. This reactor is near the center of the tank, and is heavily shielded with numerous safety systems, including redundant systems in place as a backup. It’s one of the most protected items within the tank, and Alexandria will pull out of combat far before it is put into danger. However, thanks to this, the normally fixed-mount plasma cannon can be brought to the frontlines of any conflict that Alexandria wishes, which makes for a devastating opponent. The tank is capable of reaching speeds of 15 miles per hour off road, and is capable of reaching 22 miles per hour on road. The hull of the tank is approximately six meters high, with the turret adding an additional two meters to that, in addition, the tank is thirteen meters long and eight and a half meters wide. The tank weighs in at approximately three hundred tonnes, which makes it tough to lift off the ground. The tank has a one and a half meters of ground clearance. Personality: Alexandria is a ruthless commander on the battlefield. She expects excellence from everyone under her command and isn’t afraid to shoot her own soldiers should they disobey, which has gotten her into trouble before. Off the battlefield, Alexandria is rather quiet, but still stern when she communicates. She’s not fond of playing around or the “finer things” in life. To best sum up Alexandria would be “All work and no play.” Background: Alexandria was born into The Andevin Hedgemony, and grew up around soldiers. Her early life was spent maintaining the weapons that the soldiers used, and when she was eighteen she was drafted into infantry training. The commanders treated her no differently than the men she was around, and so her previously innocent personality was broken and remade into that of a soldier. She fought on the front lines between two warring clans before being promoted to tank commander. She was given command of the King of Fire and proved to be an almost natural fit for the tank. The crew for the tank swore loyalty, and they rejoined the fray. Several successful missions went by before they fell victim to a trap. Alexandria was thirty at the time, and with their main gun disabled she was forced to ram an enemy mech and crush it in order to avoid dying. This gained her a nasty scar upon her cheek from the impact at high speeds. Her crew panicked due to being alone near the edge of their lines. He moved to assault Alexandria, and forced her hand. Without hesitation, she brought her pistol up from its holster and put two oversized bullets into the crewmans heart and head. He dropped to the ground, dead. The rest of the crew fell into line, but this event was not without consequence. Alexandria was discharged from the armed forces. Knowing nothing but the battlefield, Alexandria stole the repaired King of Fire and departed the planet aboard a freight ship. For two years Alexandria has sold herself as a mercenary, and has retrofitted the tank to only require a crew of one: Her. In recent times, she had heard the call for the upcoming wargames at New Devon. Seeing an oppertunity, Alexandria has come to display her might and earn followers for what will become her new warband. Motivation(s): Lead a warband and potentially seize command of The Andevin Hedgemony after the power struggle has ended.
