Reminiscent of the late Lord Vader's 501st Stormtrooper Commanders, Victor and the rest of the SOC Stormtroopers utilize specialized sets of Stormtrooper armor, painted with blue pauldrons and a stripe over the right eye. Major portions of the body armor are reinforced with durasteel provide more protection than the base plastoid parts, and Victor wears a black pauldron over his right shoulder denoting his rank. Victor and his men also occasionally wear backpacks with extra gear- rations, ammunition, and other supplies.[/hider]

A high powered variant of the standard E-11 blaster. Powerful and compact, this rifle is maneuverable and capable of cutting through stormtrooper armor with ease.[/hider]

[*][u]SOC-Stormtrooper training[/u] - Victor is a trained stormtrooper: a capable shot, in peak physical condition, well versed in both squad based and large unit based tactics, and unwaveringly loyal to his commanders. The stormtroopers attached to the Ultmara Special Operations sector are given further training to increase discretion, knowledge in asymmetrical warfare and commando training.
[*][u]Combat Slicer[/u] - Special operations requires a wide pool of skills to deal with a variety of situations. In a special operations, being able to slice through security systems and droids always comes in handy. 
[*][u]Uncommon Valor[/u] - Surprisingly strong willed, Victor's resolve is ironclad, possessing of exemplary loyalty and is difficult to intimidate.[/list]

[*][u]Casually Racist[/u] - Victor is innately prejudiced against non-humans, and will not attempt to cover any derision he has towards them. Near-humans are only slightly more tolerable than non-humans. 
[*][u]Close Ranged Combatant[/u] - While not a poor shot, the equipment Victor carries and the weapons he uses specializes him for close to mid ranged combat, preferably in urban and ship conditions. As a result, he suffers in long range combat in open areas. 
[*][u]Obviously Imperial[/u] - While the armor he wears is a symbol of intimidation, it is also a large target on his back. It is hard, if not impossible to mistake Victor for anything other than an Imperial.[/list]

[b]History:[/b]
Born and raised in the Ultmara sector, Victor was born to a pair of low class laborers and was predestined to be little more than a cog in the machine of the grand Empire. Victor despised his lowborn status and family and always desired to become something more than just a forgotten factory worker. A moody and irritable child, but still a loyal Imperial citizen, Victor like many of his generation grew up with the full force of Imperial propaganda around him. 

Victor would eventually find his calling within the Imperial Military. Selected at age 13 to join one Lothal Academy for young Imperials, citing his above average grades in primary school and surprising physical achievements for one so young. Here, Victor truly felt at home. Excelling in the young, one-year junior academy, Victor was an instant shoe in for a spot in the prestigious Academy of Carida. Slotted for Stormtrooper training, Victor spent the entirety of his teen years in the academy, and was constantly drilled and honed into the ideal of a Stormtrooper.

Graduating near top of his class, Victor was quickly put into service fighting off various insurgent groups. Assigned to the 322nd Legion, based in the Ultmara Sector, Victor took part in several suppression campaigns, against small insurgent cells. When the Galactic Civil War began in earnest, the 322nd Legion were the backbone of the Ultmara Sector's forces, highly trained elite strike units tasked with taking key rebel positions or eliminating particularly resilient pockets of enemies. 

The death of Jabba the Hutt, along with the destruction of the Death Star II and the subsequent deaths of the Emperor and Lord Vader was the signal for trying times for Victor and the 322nd. Crime in the Ultmara Sector became rampant, Victor watched as a drunk dug managed to cut down eight of his comrades. As Moff Orro reorganized the Imperial forces in the Ultmara Sector, forming the Ultmara Remnants, Victor and the remaining 322nd Legion joined up with the Moff, and formed his ground force's infantry backbone. 

Proving his loyalty to the Empire and the Moff, Moff Orro eventually assigned Victor to lead the detachment of Stormtroopers assigned to the Ultmara Special Operations Unit.  [/hider]
