His basic Ki blasts are baseball sized after years of training to focus his power into tighter concentrations. They are identical in power to anyone elses basic blasts of his power level.

Tiberius is very much a people person, enjoying the company of others more than a solitary existence. He is playful and enjoys having fun but when it comes to training and combat he is entirely focussed. He would rather spar with another instead of training alone.

Tiberius would be classed as an aggressive fighter in his style, however he is indeed an intelligent fighter. He doesn't always start a fight at full power so he can judge his opponent.

Tiberius grew up with his father in his [url=https://image.ibb.co/ijbtY6/dojo.jpg]Martial Arts dojo[/url] located in Parsley City, his mother unforunately dying as a result of complications from his birth. He had a very strict upbringing, having responsibilities such as cleaning the dojo from a very young age. This discipline helped to focus him for when his father began to train him in his style of martial arts, [url=https://image.ibb.co/cHCYY6/dojologo.png]Dragon Fist[/url]. The basis of Dragon Fist is to launch a constant stream of attacks, having an emphasis on high stamina levels. The young lad took to it very easily and impressed his father, although he never showed it, pushing him harder than his other students.

Aside from his daily responsibilities in the dojo and training, he attended school achieving average grades. He started of as a quiet child but eventually grew into himself and finding his voice, much to his teachers dismay. He was slightly disruptive and had not gotten himself into trouble, that was until he was 7. A group of young teenagers were picking on a child Tiberius knew before physically assaulting him. Even though outnumbered and smaller by a considerable margin, Tiberius stepped in. The teenagers mocked him as he took his fighting stance before launching their attack on him. Within a few seconds the group were on their backs crying, Tiberius helping the initial victim up to his feet. The parents of the bully's demanded Tiberius be expelled but lucky for him he got away with only a suspension. From that point onward his school had no issues with bullies.

Upon leaving school Tiberius took to working with his father in his dojo full time, training people of all ages in the Dragon Fist style. He was earning enough to survive quite comfortably and so settled for a while. As time went by the level of crimes around the dojo was increasing and so Tiberius remembering his time back to school began to take matters into his own hands. He began dispatching criminals, leaving them tied up for the police to find. While publicly the police denounce his approach he has been caught by officers several times, each time being let go.
