Even in human form, Accalia's pupils shone occasionally in the dim light as her retinas reflected it back. Her posture could easily be mistaken as relaxed by someone who didn't know her–– in reality she was balancing caution with an instinctive refusal to show any sign of weakness. With a nervous yawn, she pressed on, making note of the one or two windows from which light was emanating, probably because a couple of smart folks had generators. Time to head to the city limits, she supposed. Maybe she'd get some answers out there. Accalia cracked her neck as she trotted in almost-silence.
