Personality: Officer Barnabe has been a cop for a long time in Kingsport and, as a result, is rarely fazed by superheroes or supervillains. As long as they don't toe in on actual police territory (e.g. committing crimes actually on the law books like robbery, interfering with a murder investigation), he has a general policy of letting them be and helping the superheroes as needed. He's yet to meet a super immune to bullets should they toe in, and he's not shy in pointing this out.

Personality: FM sounds rather bubbly and has been compared to a game show host, but he demonstrates a somewhat chilling pragmatism and encourages supervillains to bring harm to others.

Powers: FM seems to be able to control who can hear him and who can't. He is also capable of speaking through any radio device - tvs have not been tested yet - and can affect electronics in a local area, suppressing fire extinguishing systems and creating feedback loops.

Personality: AM suffers from a deeply blunted affect and seems to try to force emotional expression. However, he has also said he worries for the people of the city and wants the heroes to succeed in stopping the villains.

Powers: AM is also capable of speaking through any radio device and can affect electronics in a local area. Overall, his powers are likely identical to FM's.
