[@Kazemitsu]It really depends on the power.  Havoc (Corona's real father) could cut life-sized bronze statues in half, or dial in down to where he just knocked people out with some minor damage.  Corona will create plasma balls that have the punch of a light tank, or a beam that acts like a plasma cutter, and can make a plasma shield that blocks energy attacks really well, but only slows physical projectiles.

Their powers are attack powers though, so that only helps if you have an attack power.
