Alright, since I'm Co-GM, I guess I can do my job. I'm glad to have you onboard(no pun intended) and I will be the guy helping to critique CSs! Woo!

Let's get started, shall we - 

[b]Anime Picture[/b] - Please, find another picture to use for your character. I have no gripes with anime, but given the art-style of almost every anime ever, it is almost impossible to gather an actual human-like representation of what your character's face looks like past a written description. You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

[b]Weaponry[/b] - The armory on the IRV Howard, which is accessible only to cleared Security Personnel behind thick, reinforced plexi-glass, holds a stock of the following - 

Benelli M4 shotguns with buckshot and beanbag rounds, buckshot can only be accessed after Defcon 1 protocols engaged
MPX 9mm submachine guns kitted out with Aimpoint micro-holographic sights, can only be accessed after Defcon 1 protocols engaged
M4 carbines kitted out with EOTech sights and foregrips, can only be accessed after Defcon 1 protocols engaged

Security Officers are equipped with collapsible batons, police-issue tasers and pepper-spray. No officer is individually issued lethal weaponry. This is mainly a science vessel after all, with no combat capability or role.

[b]Biography[/b] - Oscar having a life fraught with hardship is a-okay with Gravy and I. My only gripe with the section about his early years is that I don't think throat cancer could result in someone dying as bloody a death as you described. If you know better, than I cede this one to you, but otherwise this can be changed and still maintain the impact it had on young Oscar.

Also, I'm not exactly sure at what age in Spain you become a legal adult but I am assuming it is the age of 18? Either way, with both his parents dead by the time he turns 15, who takes him in after that? Did he have a job at the time? How was he getting money to live alone if no one took him in?

Please try to elaborate on the sorts of things that Oscar had done in his time as a singer/songwriter and actor. What type of people did he meet, what was the expanse of his fame, what type of films/TV series did he star in, how did he meet this rival of his that he would later accidentally kill?

On that note, also. I'm sure in 2058, let alone 2017, the Spanish police would've caught Oscar long before he fled Spain to America. Not only that, but forensic evidence could've put Oscar at the scene and as the perpetrator. The US would've obviously banished Oscar back to Spain to see his trial through and serve prison time.

At that point, I doubt the interview board for the IRV Howard would've let someone with a violent history as extreme as Oscar's to join the security personnel of the ship. Please find another way for Oscar to have found himself into the role of bounty hunting and what exactly "[i]shady[/i]" means as to what kind of jobs he took. Keep in mind that the committee responsible for recruiting the team vets all their prospective members thoroughly.

[b]Skills[/b] - Your skills are alright, but because I'm a bastard, I'm about to invalidate all the hard work you put into color-coding all that stuff.

The skills list put in there was supposed to be a placeholder you could pick from, input the selected skills in their desired section on your character's skills list, and then just erase after using it. Helps to cut down on work and, well, straining my eyes from trying to read all that multi-colored stuff.
