Appears much younger than she is. Rank: C Rank Personality: Owl is a bit of a mystery. She doesn’t talk very much and often keeps to herself, concocting new and exciting elixirs and potions to aid in battle. Owl is almost always in her study, surrounded by books strewn all over the place in a barely lit dusky little room. Owl is quite helpful and will try her best to assist you if you ask for her help, but everything outside of missions and for personal gain comes at a price. Owl is a very emotionless person, quite obvious by her monotone and raspy voice. She has a fear of crowds, thus why she will do her best to stay out of them. Owl only wants to learn and do good in the world, there being little evil in her heart. History: Owl was found in the forest, who ran an apothecary out of the shadows. Few people knew of her little shop, but word spread to the guild that there was a witch who was cursing the animals in the woods, causing them to go searching. When they stumbled upon Owl, the first thing they saw was her working hard in her shop, studying profusely. She explained that she was not the one to curse the animals, in fact she did not have the ability to do so, and showed them her studies of how to rid a large area of an unknown curse. The guild offered her a place as an adventurer, saying she could gain more knowledge about this curse and save her animal friends. Owl immediately agreed. Magic: Shadow magic is the ability to summon objects from the shadows around oneself. Owl specializes in natural shadow magic, meaning she mostly summons things such as rocks and vines.

Teleport allows the user to fade into the shadows themselves, along with one other person if wanted. Can either run along inside the shadows or teleport from one shadow to another, as long as it is in eye sight. Repetitive teleportation drain a lot of energy.
Ensnare summons vines from the shadows at a person’s feet, shooting up and entangling them. Just like regular vines, they can be cut, and are usually just to buy time.
Barrier ejects a large wall up from the shadows, blocking the enemies from her and allies. It has the same structural integrity as stone.
Imprison creates boulders from the darkness, slamming together in order to imprison a group or individual. Must be kept together by user and any break in concentration will have the jail shatter.
Skills: Owl has photographic memory, which allows her to memorize the tiniest of details. She has a vast amount of knowledge over multiple subjects because she so easily absorbs everything she reads. Owl is an excellent apothecarist, able to make amazingly effective potions and elixirs out of natural herbs. She has developed the ability of night vision as well from the combination of living in the forest without light and her powers. Her senses in general are more heightened than the average human. Equipment: Armor Head: Black Feathered Hood- Magic. Very low physical defense with high magic defense. Neck: Apothecary Amulet- Artifact. Allows amazing feats in brewing. Body: Black rags- common. Arms: Bejeweled bracelets- Masterwork. Greatly increases casting ability. Legs: none. Belt: Carrier belt- common. Extra storage. Weapons Primary: None Secondary: None

A bit late because I was ganked by family last night. There are some huge flaws I can see. For starters, we already have an alchemist character. To add another would just feel unfair to the original alchemist because then you have two people doing the same thing, making one always feel obsolete. The second is the magic. I know I said that magic is what you make it and just go nuts, but there are two things I dislike about it. For starters, the entire teleporting around in shadows bit makes me iffy. We already have someone who can teleport. To add another would just be, like before, too many cooks. The second issue is more nitpicky, but it doesn't have any cohesive theme to it. Using shadows to create vines and boulders make no real sense. It seems that you wanted two magical styles (which is fine!), but ended up fusing them into one. The final bit I dislike is the equipment. I probably should have explained this better. I _really_ didn't want any c-ranks to run around with artifacts, considering I want them to feel much more like rewards rather than an item that you just have. The only artifact currently is owned by the sole B-rank, and it has a whole lot more interesting properties than "Increases Alchemy stat".
