I'm currently considering a Riverlands House loyal to House Tully - so basically things go to shit around the time of the Red Wedding when the Frey's take the Riverlands. The RP could document the House attempting to survive, and the family stay together, etc. The RP would naturally therefore start prior to the Red Wedding.
