[@Goliah]Sounds like a bit much, but you could limit it or give them a weakness to balance it out.  Usually mutants only have one power that everything is based on, but their are exceptions.  Maybe they don't teleport so much as turn into a swarm of mosquitos and recombine elsewhere?  Just an idea for how to tie them together.
