At some point yes, Alex is a thief. She sticks to what she's good at but if you're worried that she's going to rob Rissie's house then don't. From what you've written there are much easier targets in Dawn Heights and I think Alex would only go up there on call for a client since there are people decently well off with much less security in Noon Square.
