Well, it seems that the world of roleplaying has changed so much since the days when I first discovered I could and would collaborate with other writers.  The thrill of discovering an online chat room where other people made up characters and introduced them in a community created world, was almost surreal to me.  I became enveloped in the experience, possibly even writing scenarios and responses in my sleep.  Obsessed? Maybe. But so what?  A creative outlet combined with the suspense of not knowing what your partner (s) will give you to work with? Yes please!

Then Guild Wars stole me away and I became a gamer.  Um… still am , though I’ve since stopped playing Guild Wars.  However, I find that I have developed the old hunger.  I feel the itch in the back of my mind to once again, write and play.  To breath life into a character made of words, into someone that the mind’s eye can imagine, if not smell or touch them.  

So, here I am.  Eilyx. I hope to find may way back into this amazing community.  I hope that you will embrace my meager talent and remind me of those days of yore when I first learned to rp with single sentences then had my mind blown at the idea of writing a paragraph, let alone multiple paragraphs.  I’ve almost no idea where to start.  Except, perhaps to say what it is that I might enjoy writing about.  Better yet, let me list the things that do not interest me, as they are few; Modern day, anime/manga, recent history, super-hero’s.  There may be more, but these are the items that come immediately to mind, and they are not written in stone (no pun intended).  If something is interesting enough I might be persuaded…
