Theo materialized into the Breakfast University school grounds, and looked around him.  Nope, still dark.  He had thought perhaps the reason he had to leave at midnight was because the university was in a separate timezone, but since it still seemed to be pretty deep into the night here at the school, he couldn't have traveled very far.  Theo had read about some schools using some sort of time magic in order to have students from all around the globe leave and arrive at the same time according to where they left from, but it seemed weird to him to have everyone leave so late to make their arrival at the same time: midnight.

However, that thought faded into the back of his mind now that he was here.  Wow, a real magic academy!  It was a very diverse place when it came to the students, all sorts of different people were milling about.  Some were even carrying staves and wands with them, neither of which the boy had seen before except in pictures.  One of them even wore a pointy wizard hat!  He couldn't tell if she was just wearing it as a costume though, since she was the only person he could see wearing one.

Anyways, probably best to at least move off the teleporter before getting one's bearings.  Theo readjusted his grip on the two suitcases he was holding with his right hand, as his left hand was busy holding his thermos of coffee, and moved over next a couple other students beside one of the buildings.  After laying his two suitcases down, he held his thermos with both hands to warm them.  He was wearing a buttoned long coat that warmed his arms, but his gloves were still in one of the two suitcases.

After taking a quick sip of his coffee, he pulled his map out from his jacket pocket and attempted to unfold it and hold it in a readable way with one hand.  [color=DarkKhaki][i]Let's see, I think the opening ceremony is taking place in the mess hall.  And the telporter is... Oh, the entrance glyph, here it is.  I'm... pretty far from the mess hall it looks like...[/i][/color]  he thought with a grimace.  That's gonna be quite the walk.
