1. I have done romance is roleplays but it normally isn't the main focus. If romance works between them i'm ok with that if it doesn't seem like it will work then I'd prefer not to force it.

2. I'd prefer to play the master. I'd also like to play a servant alongside my own master. Depending on others for a servant character usually has not gone well from my experience. I tend to play 'canonical' servants and can mull over details if my character is fine for this roleplay.

3. I have a master of my own making that I would like to re-use. He can be scaled down, or up in age depending on what you need he tends to be in his early twenties from experience and while not from a mage family of particular note they are talented magi from north america. I would like to play this character and I can show you a pre-existing CS that will need to be changed to fit the mold of this rp but give you a basic overview of how his character is. I like to play my own characters.
