For example is he good at building things or know a lot about survival in the wild (Major skill examples) has he read a bit about first aid and/or coding (minor skill examples). Those are just examples, could be anything but agility is pretty general and all the mercenaries are trained to be quick and agile.)

(Also, for weapons specialization, you could just put rifles.)
