	[color=gray]Many would describe Cain as ambitious, and others would describe him as tactical, some would even say he was sadistic; and they'd all be right, one way or the other. Cain intendeds to overthrow the current American government, and replace it by one lead solely by mutants. A system that favors the strong, and prioritizes the future; one that respects the course of evolution and places those at the pinnacle of Earth's evolution in power. To meet that goal Cain has become cunning and ruthless, and has been nicknamed "The Exterminator" for his aptitude at eliminating masses of lesser beings or [i]cockroaches[/i] as he's been heard to call them. 

	However Cain is incredibly emphatic with other Mutants, and will avidly defend them regardless of their familiarity or even possible hostility. He is nothing if not devoted to the betterment of his people, and his altruism among fellow mutants is apparent in nearly everything he does, grotesque as that may be. [/color]

[h3][color=007236]Biography[/color][/h3]
[color=gray]	Cain was born and raised in a small town in Washington minutes away from the border to Canada during an enormous opiate epidemic. Given the rampant use of fairly lethal narcotics it wasn't surprising that Cain grew up without a mother after she passed away from Oxymorphone overdose when he was three. It wasn't long until his father was a regular user, and as a result Cain developed in a fairly isolated manner. His father was always nodding from a needle, so Cain was often left to his own devices, reading or playing with toys he quickly grew bored of.

	As he grew older, Cain found more and more solace in his literature, and he loved nothing more than reading the terrifying tales of trench warfare and the lethal gases used to try and pick away at enemy defenses; or perhaps the tales of Old Gods so great that humanity was nothing but a shadow in their dreams. This love of reading took him far in a poor school-system, and he was regularly top of his class.

	After discovering his powers in the forests one day, Cain began to progressively notice the horrible traits of humanity. The repulsive behavior of his classmates and the deceptive nature of his father began to drive a wedge between himself and the world, and one day, that wedge separated the two entirely. At the age of seventeen, nearing the end of his Junior year, Cain came home to find his indebted father's dealer, making a visit to collect long-overdue payments. As Cain entered his home, he could see the familiar stranger beating his limp and intoxicated father into a pulp, and Cain snapped.

	The Washington Incident had made national headlines, a freak disaster in which somehow almost 1,300 people were exposed to lethal levels of Chlorine, in addition to the quarantine of an entire city. Soon after, Cain had found himself among the ranks of the MLA. [/color]

[h3][color=007236]Appearance[/color][/h3]
[color=gray]Cain stands at 5'11 and 175-ish pounds, he's in fair shape, but is not particularly muscular. His hair is a strange silver color, which compliments his steely gray eyes and fair skin. He wears the same outfit nearly exclusively, unless he is wearing his Protiv outfit, to avoid detection. His standard attire includes a pair of black slim-fitting jeans with conventional converse all-stars, high-tops. His torso features a simple graphic t-shirt with a hoodie over top of it, and finally, he wears a black bandanna and scarf over his nose, mouth, and neck, which displays the lower half of a head's skeletal features. 	Users can create, shape and manipulate anything that is gaseous, a phase of matter characterized by relatively low density, high fluidity/no definite shape, and lack of rigidity. Gas is very compressible but tends to expand indefinitely, and it fills any container. A small change in temperature or pressure produces a substantial change in its volume.

[color=gray]Aside from his powers and general intellect, Cain's skills are limited. He does however display capability in stealth, and can pick-locks, hot-wire cars, and do other things of that nature. In addition to his natural inclination towards stealth, Cain has above average stamina and endurance, and can move quite quickly.[/color]
