1. Its just Lightning Magic and Lightning body except I actually explained lightning body unlike the manga and gave it a weakness of being predictable and being unable to change direction in the middle of movement. 

2. Well yeah. His hand to hand goes with his magic. 

3. Its not even Psuedo Teleportaion. You can hit him during his movements. As though Teleportation is just how it looks to people but its not especially to actual fighters. 

4. Well yeah. Speed is his main thing. He's not good for long battles for obvious reasons. 

5. Not really. He's an intellectual in the since he's rational and doesn't let his feelings get in the way of things. 

6. Got nothing for that. He's an assassin. All his abilities are based around swiftness. 

7. Never said he was a genius. Don't have to be a genius to be good at combat. 

8. Its more than that. I broke down a weakness in his magic but his bits are a very good weakness cause he can't endure long fights. His bits will eventually need to recharge and he'll be left unable to use magic. Compliments his assassin style but is pretty crappy in a fight with opponents that can endure him long enough. Also the more magic he uses, the faster his bits start to die. Expect big spells to take out 3 bit off the rip.
