[@Jeyma] I definitely don't want to have a one-nation Earth, that's really played out never mind the unlikelihood of it. Just whether it'd still be the same countries we have now. If not: What's changed. I like the idea of some countries have CARE programs and others not. Some countries might be better with partial or even full freedoms, while other countries could be worse by having horrific research departments or culling their Exceptionals. 

I didn't fully think a lot of aspects of this world out before posting it. Just had an idea and jumped at writing down. I realised that shortly after posting and I don't like having things half-baked. Its a huge game killer. Though, in a way it could be a blessing in disguise as it were since the world building will be a lot more collaborative now :)
