Full Name: Kora Mari Nørrevinter Nicknames/Aliases: The Viking, Red Age: 28 Gender: Female Gift: --Berserkrgang: A gift passed down from the warriors of Norse tales, Kora is able to enter a state that massively increases her physical ability and makes her impervious to pain. The berserk state takes her already impressive strength and endurance and removes the limits placed upon it by the body's natural mechanisms of self-preservation. Her heartrate spikes, her core temperature soars, and her secondary ability goes haywire. She is able to decimate most obstacles in her path, and shrug off even major injury. These effects are temporary however, and the backlash can be quite severe. -Chemical Energy Combustion: Adapted cells on Kora's skin are able to rapidly convert sugar in her blood into extremely high heat. Her hands will become superheated and often able to combust flammable material by touch and cause severe burns, however more destructively she can project this heat out in forceful bursts that can flung opponents back, causing great damage. Loyalty: Erubesco, Knight Description: : Kora is, shall we say,a rather distinct individual. Over six and a half feet tall, with wild, wavy red hair and pale skin, she comes across as pretty intimidating at first glance. And for many she only becomes more intimidating fro there. Kora speaks with a distinct accent, closest to Norwegian, and is able to speak in English and Norwegian, having been born in the Troms region of Norway. She tends to shout when annoyed, or excited, or trying to emphasize, so she'd rather hard to ignore. Clothing-wise, most of the time Kora has little interest in dressing up, only tending to don anything very feminine when pressed. Most of the time she exists in a T-shirt and cargo pants. Personality: Kora is defined mostly be being quite...intense. In pretty much all ways. Most extremes of emotion seem to manifest in destruction of some form, and when she isn't doing any of these she's often listening to far-too-loud heavy metal music or drinking other staffers under the table. She can...grate on people a little. Kora has a serious trouble controlling her temper, and struggles not to fly into a rage at trivial matters. Despite this, Kora has very strong convictions and a great feeling of responsibility toward the military, both to those above and below her in rank. Letting others down often makes Kora quite depressed and unhappy with herself. She is brave to the point of foolishness and seems to think little of self-sacrifice in the face of danger. Skills: -Very skilled hand-to-hand fighter and able to tank damage unlike almost any other. -Unflinching in the face of danger. -Unwavering loyalty and tenacity means she is very unlikely to give up. Weaknesses: -Her tenacity often leads her to her refusing to admit that things are too much for her to handle. -Her generations of selective breeding have left her prone to many illnesses, and had resulted in a massively shortened lifespan, about 30 years. -Kora has little sense of finesse or sophistication which can be an issue, especially with her newfound fame. Brief History: Kora is offspring of one of the oldest known gifted bloodlines, dating back to protogermanic in northern pre-roman Europe. The Berserkers. This ability runs in her family, and has been ruthlessly cultivated by the Norrevinter family throughout history, to the point that the family is rumoured to have interbred to maintain the purity of the blood within it. This has resulted in a line of gifted bred for war. Strong, tall, hardy and excelling at athletic feats they're imposing enough even without the use of powers. This comes at a price however. The questionable methods of maintaining their purity have resulted in illness and defects, with the average lifespan being little more than thirty. Kora's own father, Ren, died from this family curse when Kora herself was only about fifteen years old. As a result she was shipped over to attend formal training in order to take up his role. From there, she became an Erubescan Knight. From there many things wore down on Kora's own formidable tenacity. Her daughter's disappearance, for one, and a disastrous attempted assault on the Wastelander terrorist group known as 'The Wanderers'. After over ten years as a rank-and-file Knight, Kora became quite depressed, resigned to a short life of relative obscurity... ...and then, quite unexpectedly Knight Norrevinter was catapulted into relative stardom, as Citadel City came under attack from an infamous, and powerful gifted terrorist, and hundreds of onlookers caught and filmed Kora blasting rubble away from civilians and charging thoughtlessly into a collapsing building to fight the rebel head on. It was Kora who struck the killing blow, little better thna a fluke on her part against such a devastating foe, but that was enough to secure her fame and a place in the heart of the Kingdom as some embodiment of knightly ideals.

Full Name: Known by anyone around base simply as 'Commander Green' or just 'Green'. Nicknames/Aliases: Age: [NO DATA] Gender: Male Gift: -Manipulation of Biological Matter Loyalty: Erubesco, Knight Commander in Charge of Medical Research, Pathology and Specimen Acquisition. Description: Green resembles a tall, slender male of indeterminate age. His skin is smooth and pale, and lacks the lines of age, but his hair is a shocking silvery-white. Possibly most notable are his eyes, which appear a near dayglo green, with slitted pupils and black sclera. He tends to dress neatly, and is rarely seen without a pair of black gloves on. Personality: Green is, on the surface at any rate, a very personable individual. He is always polite, amicable, and never loses his temper, even in rather tense situations. Indeed it is a degree of cool and detached that some people might find a little disconcerting. He has shown to be extremely intelligent, and appears to have a great knowledge of gift biology, though where he acquired such knowledge is less than clear. Skills: -Green's ability allows him to have a great degree of influence over the biology of samples. This allows him to work on a lot of very novel projects. -In addition to this Green has proven himself to be extremely organized and competent within his work, and as a result is generally allowed to get on with his work with minimal micro-management from the upper orders. Green is more often than not trusted to deliver on his work, and has historically proven this justified, creating a number of massive medical reforms. Weaknesses: -Green's ability comes with a considerable caveat, that he cannot use it to attack another living thing. Anything detrimental applied must be balanced out by an equivalent advantage, and even this must be something that the subject has agreed to. Brief History: Green has been a member of Erubesco for more or less as long as anyone can remember. Extremely competent, but relatively unambitious, he has continued to diligently serve the Erubesco cause in this research. Many of the faction's biggest medical breakthroughs have come through Green's research, and as a result he has always received a good level of funding. Several years previously Erubesco approached Green about the prospects of the potential combat usage for his powers, and whether he could impart some version of it upon other subjects, thereby ridding it of the caveat unique to the Commander. This led first to the RE project, which started with 200 subjects, and resulted in most either being killed or warped beyond possible usage. A few of the results were placed in general military circulation, but were mostly eventually 'removed from service' due to the rather volatile nature of the results. Undeterred, Erubesco came up with another plan, this time, with his own daughter, Helena, the product of a union between Commander Green and Knight Norrevinter. The Red Queen bioweaponry project achieved some degree of success and progress... up until the point that its subject disappeared from The Citadel. At this point, Green would quite like to retrieve his child and finish his project.

Full Name: Oren Dariya Kovalenko Nicknames/Aliases: Age: 27 Gender: Female Gifts: -Enhanced Mental Capacity -Complete Indetectability . Oren is able to bend light around her form as to seem to disappear from sight. In addition, she is a dead zone for sensory powers. She cannot be sensed and her mind cannot be read. Loyalty: Erubesco - Alchemist Description: Oren stands at about 5'7, an angular-looking woman with blue-black hair, grey eyes and the pallid skin of one who rarely, if ever makes the journey outside. Oren tends to be seen in her white lab coat with the Erubesco insignia printed on the upper sleeve, and the Alchemist insignia on the chest, replacing it with a dark blue duster when she ventures outside...which, admittedly, is not all that often. She often wears black fingerless gloves when outside of lab work, and prefers sturdy boots to anything prettier. Oren is usually seen wearing black eyeliner, and a look of general humourless disdain. Personality: A lot of people who know Oren have compared her to a robot. Except she is a robot programmed to hate you. The researcher is antisocial, unempathetic, and has very little sense of humour. She holds everyone, including herself, to unreachable standards and is quick to express her contempt for people due to their inability to meet them. She either has no sense of tact, or has chosen never to express it, as she has no issues with insulting others. Oren is a workaholic, to the point that people have grown to question whether she ever actually sleeps. Any hour people call into the research levels Dr Kovalenko seems to be there, drinking coffee or looking discontented or dissecting something, sometimes all three at once. She is extremely dedicated to her work, and her work is very good. Oren seems to be in possession of an amazing degree of intelligence, and puts it to good use. Skills: Oren is incredibly intelligent, possesses an eidetic memory and can recall near anything in enormous detail. She can also calculate complex sums in her head, and is able to speak a number of languages. Whilst now generally reserved for research work, she originally was educated for field work and is well-trained in using firearms. She nearly always has a gun on hand and can draw more quickly than most people can formulate a hostile thought. In addition years of enhancement within an Erubesco program has given her certain minor biological tweaks that give her and edge. She is inhumanly agile and very difficult to keep pace with, and has extremely acute dark vision, allowing her to see perfectly normally in environments that would leave others blind. Weaknesses: -Oren hates physical contact and tends to panic when she is grabbed. -Built for speed, this making her comparatively fragile. -Fears and obsessions and general control-freakery make it easy to get under her skin. -An unintended side effect of the research project, Oren suffers from a bad reaction to UV light. Brief History: Born the illegitimate daughter of a Chancellor in one of Erubesco's European Cities, Chancellor Kovalenko was determined that his indiscretion was to become a credit to him. As a result Oren volunteered at a young age to take part in a research project, known at the time as Project Nightwatch. The youngest of numerous subjects taking part in the study, Oren and the other Nightwatch were given the ability to make themselves undetectable to those around them, and agreed to biomanipulation treatments that altered their physical ability and eyesight. By all accounts the projects appeared to be a great success and the results began taking up field duty. Until they started to die. One by one those results of Nightwatch who were sent out on field missions suffered horrible deaths, and no-one was certain why. Oren, waiting for assignment, began to dread being made to leave the Citadel, knowing this could very well kill her. It was at that point that she was approached by Commander Green. He offered her a deal. To work for him in a research capacity. By doing so she would never have to venture outside. Eventually was given the post of Alchemist by the COmmander. Since then she has worked on numerous projects for the enigmatic silver-haired Commander. She has not been entirely happy about it. Some year after she discovered the reason for the sickening and death of other Nightwatch subjects, their reaction to UV light. Even with this in mind, he agoraphobia persisted, and she had no inclination to take up field work. Recently, Oren was asked to take on an assistant in the form of convict Larke Sterling. Oren grudgingly tolerated the man's presence, but gained enough cynical concern for the man that she agreed with her Commander to take up a mission supposedly intended for him otherwise, recovering Green's daughter Hel from The Wanderers. This, fortunately for Hel, but very unfortunately for Oren, did not go well.

Full Name: Cadriel (Current) Nicknames/Aliases: Caddie, Janitor, Ragdoll Age: 22 Gender: Female Gift: -Psychokinesis -Adaptations for Flight Loyalty: Erubesco - Experiment with serf status. Description: Caddie is a small-figure, barely reaching 5'0, with a very slight build. She has slate grey hair cut away a little below jaw length, and pale grey eyes. She's normally seen in plain custodial staff uniform. More notable however, are Caddie's...extra features. Caddie is covered in scarring, stitching, and inexpertly applied bandages, like a sort of badly constructed patchwork. Messy sutures and hastily secured surgical tape are visible all over her form, and once pleasing features now resemble a sort of grisly jigsaw. A large amount of it is wrapped in bandages of questionable quality and application. Personality: Cadriel is a person who has been quite shaped by her experience. She's quiet, timid, and a little morose, increasingly bitter about her situation. Caddie has terrible self esteem as a result of her scarred, broken appearance. She tends to skulk and stay out of the way as a result, her posture hunched up and gaze turned downwards. She was raised in a culture that was all about aesthetics and spectacle, and her unsightly looks bother her more than she would like to admit. Caddie feels little direct loyalty to Erubesco, seeing their actions toward her as a great betrayal, however she is too afraid to leave. Even if she were able to get out, the experiment sees no reason why the ashland would be any kinder to her than factions. As a result Caddie remains, and feels deeply unhappy. Skills: -Very agile and light. Caddie is able to climb an scale things with the grace of a lemur. -Knight training. Cadriel was once trained to fight, and can still call upon these skills to defend herself. This means that here psychokinetic abilities can actually be very well directed and used in combat. Weaknesses: - Caddie is very physically fragile and easily harmed. Her bones are extremely brittle, and most hard impacts will break stitches and tear wounds open. Brief History:

Full Name: RE1 T1-1 Nicknames/Aliases: Reith, Rei Age: 19 Gender: Female Gift: -Biological Manipulation (Flawed) Loyalty: Former Erubesco Experiment, currently staying with The Wanderers Description: Rei, at a glance would not really give the impression of a powerful creature. In fact, she looks quite weak and sickly on first impression. She's on the short side, and very skinny and pallid looking, with dark rings around her eyes. She lacks a lot in the way of feminine curves, though it's hard to tell as she tends to wear loose-fitting clothing. The only thing she's particularly vain about is her hair, which grows in silver and is long and thick. She has green eyes with big irises and slit-like pupils. It makes her non-human nature rather clear. Personality: Unpredictable might be a good word for Rei. Like an animal that has been trained to fight, she tends to struggle between her own natural persona, and what has been hardwired into her mind to the point of second nature, that being rather horrific levels of brutality. For the most part, Rei is a quiet, meek, self-deprecating sort. She has only recently in her life had a chance to really take up hobbies, but has found she quite enjoys reading, and some kinda of sport (though it's still up for debate as to whether transforming yourself to gain the athletic edge is really fair). She is extremely grateful of just about any sort of positive reactions from others, and tends to be extremely keen to please those who have been kind to her, and mortified upon realizing she's upset them. She's quite intelligent, even if her rather animalistic tendencies don't leave this too obvious, and in many ways this works against her, as she tends to very much overthink her own actions. Then, there are her issues with instability. There is almost a sense with Rei that her human persona is a bit of a veneer on something altogether more monstrous. Any considerable stress sees Rei's higher functions overwhelmed and sees her default to far less human behaviour. Hunting, hiding, mauling opponents in the most horrific ways, and, perhaps the most unpleasant to a civilized person, the drive to consume prey, and even enemies, raw in order to fuel her abilities. It does not take a lot to push Rei into these behaviours, and her lack of reasoning in extreme situations can at times make her a liability. Skills: -Rei's abilities make her incredibly hard to kill, allowing her to reconstruct her own tissue even when she's received extremely heavy damage. - Weaknesses: -Rei's powers depend on having enough stored biomass to create new parts and/or regenerate herself. In order to accrue this she has to consume raw animal matter. She cannot digest normal food. Her natural instincts to do so tend to kick in when she is hurt or threatened. As a result Rei feels a compulsion to consume small animals, dead things, and even, in extreme cases, people. Brief History: Largely unknown. Rei's background appears to lie in RE, an Erubesco research project that tried to recreate the abilities of Commander Green in a weaponized capacity, but was shelved due to the overwhelming fatality rate, and the abominations that tended to result from it. Rei, as one of those abominations, was theoretically terminated and dumped into a biological waste site in the Ash. Fortunately for her, she was far harder to kill than Erubesco counted on, and was able to pull herself out of the toxic mire. From there she fell in with the Wanderers, though her frightening nature has placed her somewhat on the periphery.

Full Name: Helena Alys Norrevinter Nicknames/Aliases: Little Hel, Devil Child, Age: 6 Gender: Female Gift: Berserkergang - Much like her mother, Hel is able to call upon berserk abilities. UNKNOWN- The full extent and even definition of Helena's powers have yet to become clear to those around her. She appears to, have some extent, taken on the biomanipulation abilities of her father...but at her age is ill-equipped to use it. Loyalty: Born in Erubesco, currently staying with The Wanderers. Description: Hel resembles a small, short-set girl of six years of age. She is a little underweight for her age and height, and has long, untidy, bright ginger hair like that of her mother. Her eyes have vivid berry-red irises. Her skin is pale and white from lack of sunlight. There is notable surgical scarring, on her forehead, face, neck and shoulder, clear signs of her time within Erubesco. She's generally found wearing a hooded jacket and red tennis shoes given to her by Spire, and her mother's mjolnir pendant. Personality: Hel is a creature very much influenced by her environment. Once a relatively ordinary child, she has taken on a very different demeanour during her time shut away in the laboratories of Erubesco. She is perpetually serious, to the point of being rather morbid, and seems to have an extremely casual attitude towards death and killing. Indeed she has openly stated her intentions towards Dutch, to murder him, and has attacked him on a few occasions. She is unusually quiet and focused for a child of her age. She is usually quite self-contained, and does not talk more than she needs to. Hel is quite a schemer, and seems to have some kind of greater plan in mind. She has been creating psychic links with members of the wanderers by which she is able to control them, working toward a certain goal. She feels it's her job to 'fix' people. Her methods though, are brutal. Despite this, Hel is still a child. She has a childish understanding of the world around her, childish lack of skills, (like shoelaces) and childish fears (like Mina's hair). She is attached to toys, and Spire, whom she treats as something of a father figure. Hel has an enormous fear of returning to Erubesco, and threats of it tend to throw her into a panic. Skills: -Helena seems very intelligent considering her age, and appears to be able to formulate comparatively complex plans and tactics. Weaknesses: -Hel is a child, and has both the size disadvantage that comes with it, and something of a childish mindset. While she is clever she has quite black and white reasoning, and can easily be diverted or distracted. Brief History: Hel was born to Kora Norrevinter from an Erubesco-ordered union between her and COmmander Green, in an attempt to weaponize the man's abilities. Initially however, Hel displayed no sign of these powers, and as a result she was left smewhat on the backburner, to be raised by her young and rather ill-equipped mother who did struggle to juggle the demands of being a Knight and the demands of parenthood. Hel never felt mistreated in her younger years, but she was often left to make her own entertainment, and invented all kind of imaginary characters and ideas in order to keep herself amused whilst her mother was working. When she was four, powers began to show. Rudimentary abilities, but potentially incredibly powerful. Those of Green, but perhaps without the restrictions of his rules. There was some sort of block however. Something preventing Hel from reaching her full potential, and Erubesco, Commander Green in particular, was willing to go to great lengths to attempt to unlock this. The result was experimentation that proved to be both immoral, and damaging. After two years, Hel ended up with the Wanderers due to the actions of Rei, one of Green's creations whom Hel appears able to control. She ended up being taken under the wing of Spire, their resident gifted-hating killer. While maybe a dubious privilege, Hel took to the man. His antipathy towards many members of the group appealed to Hel's nasty streak, and meant that he was less likely to scold her on some of her more questionable actions. As a result, when her mother discovered her to be alive, she ran to Spire, fearing a return to Erubesco, and leaving the Knight Commander distraught and unable to take her against her will. Now, Hel remains in the group as somewhat of an outlier. But her position is in jeopardy, with her father getting quite keen to bring her back and finish his work.

Full Name: Katherine Nakamura Nicknames/Aliases: Kato (A nickname given to her by her father.) Age: 19 Gender: Female Gift: Summoner The abilities of her father and mother combined and manifested oddly for Kat, making her able to summon up 'creatures' from an uncertain source. Some, such as Harold, have been around her since she was a baby, others she brought about through practice and study. The 'core' set of summonings are ones she can call up with comparatively easy 'rituals'. Kat thinks she can probably summon more powerful, volatile things from the other planes, but suspects it would take a lot more effort and concentration, and that comes with the risk of the sendings going rogue. All her summonings seem to be able to pass through shadows to some extent. Her core summonings are as follows: Harold: Kat's first summoning and most frequent, Harold has always been present and around to protect Kat. While Harold cannot speak, he displays a lot of intelligence and understands most of what is said to him. Harold is able to shadow-travel, though prmarily seems to use it to move between hiding in different cupboards. Owlclops: A large, bird-like summoning with a single green eye and many sharp teeth. Owlclops is a fast and powerful flier, though is only the size of a verge large bird, so cannot carry anything as large as a human. Kat tends to summon her to deliver messages. Bahrgeist: An enormous, horse-sized doglike sending, with glowing eyes and no skin, a skull casing round its face. The monster cna be ridden like a horse, though it will only allow Kat, and people whom Kat asks it to carry. Kat tends to call Bahrgeist when she needs to get to a place fast. Opto: A small sending with a foxish face with three eyes and many rows of teeth. Opto is small and can fit through small gaps, making Opto suited to wiggling into small spaces. It is also a very good tracker, seeming to have some measure of ESP. Opto is quite squishy and easily harmed. Additionally, Opto is a gifted mimic, it can remember whole conversations and do perfect imitations of the speakers' voices, 'playing back' what it has heard when told to. Loyalty: Liberty, Intelligence Division Description: Kato is quite a distinctive sight, if for no other reason because she's inherited leucistic traits from her mother's side, giving her snow white skin and hair. She is quite small and lightly built, appearing quite delicate at first glance. She is naturally very pale, and has large, pale blue eyes, a quite striking and unnatural shade. Some people might find them rather eerie for that reason. She likes to look neat at least, even if in general dress needs to be geared towards practicality rather than aesthetics. On deployment she tends to dress all in black with a hooded jacket zipped up and gloves on her hands. Personality: Kat is not easily disturbed by anything. Growing up around strange creatures she spent a lot of time in the company of her summonings, moreso as things went wrong. Kat claims by her own admission to like 'cute things' however Kato's definition of 'cute' seems to differ from that of anyone around her. Where others might fawn over cats or puppies or rabbits, Kat seems to adore anything creepy or hideous. Snakes, spiders, animal skulls, creepy toys and things most people would perceive as nasty, Kat seems to see beauty in the most hideous of things. She was always trying to save spiders, or rats or similar pests from the houses even as a child and set them outside. She seems to be fascinated by anything most would be repelled by. Any memories she has of her father are are dim and distant, as she'd been so young when she'd watched him walk away, and out of her life. She couldn't accurately miss someone who she hardly remembered. More she felt like something was missing. And maybe that is why she worked so hard on her power. As if the next creature she learned to call might somehow fill that missing piece in her life. And while she loved all her summonings in some way or another, none have really been able to give her what she really wanted. In this sense, Kat has often felt the need to look for validation in some way. She likes people to tell her she's pretty, or smart, or competent. She likes to show off, and she likes attention, she seems to want to be the best at what she does which sometimes drives her to take risks. And yet, this comes along with a very calm and compassionate demeanour. Those she grew up with, and the creatures she creates are aware of it, that she can deal with situations, and people in distress very well. She is not easily shaken, doesn't panic, and seems to be very skilled at calming people down. While her outside persona wouldn't suggest it she was always doing her best to help out the other kids she grew up with when they were sick or hurt. SOmetimes her apparent serenity, even in the face of violence or dark scenes can unnerve people, but it's often unclear if she's genuinely as zen as she appears, or simply has a good poker face. Kat's extremely curious about things, and likes to investigate stuff, even if it's not advised to do so. Skills: - Highly intelligent and skilled, sufficiently that she was placed on a fast-track training programme and graduated into the job at a young age. -Summonings make her highly versatile. Weaknesses: -Kat is not very resilient. She is agile and quick-witted but like Rei she's not especially physically strong and if something manages to land a hit she tends to take it hard. -If Kat is harmed her summonings tend to start going rogue, and will become increasingly hostile to those around the area if Kat isn't able to call them off. Brief History: Katherine Nakamura, or Kato, is the one daughter of the somewhat famous Liberty Intel agent, Shiro Nakamura. A defector from Erubescan Japan, Shiro came to offer his services to the supernation with a great degree of enthusiasm. The man became highly respected, a man capable of travelling through shadows as a means to move from place to place. Liberty were keen to pass his powers on, and he was paired with a woman named Alice Farron, with a low-grade biological gift. The result was Kat, a child with a summoning ability. Shiro treasured his daughter, and the normally stoic man showed her a great deal of outward affection. Kato was only three years of age when her father disappeared on a mission in the Ash. A year later Shiro Nakamura was officially marked off as 'lost in action' and Alice was re-assigned a new partner in order to maintain the nuclear household. The match was... not a pleasant one. Kato's stepfather was an angry, hot-tempered man, her new parental unit hated and resented each other, and the young girl spent a lot of her time hiding up in her room, consoling herself with her summonings and state-approved children's programming to drown out the arguments downstairs. On there, she watched cartoons of heroic woodland creatures standing up to the evils of capitalism and defending the glory of their nation... this instilled a feeling of belonging in Kat where she'd otherwise had little to rely on. She drew little of her identity from family, instead pulling both on the company of he creatures, and her intense feeling of duty toward Liberty. Kat excelled in aspects of education, and quickly achieved what she wanted. She was earmarked to be hothoused in an accelerated program, to enter Liberty service. Both her test scores and her pedigree spoke to her potential, and by her 18th birthday, Agent Kato was a fully qualified intelligence operative.

Full Name: Councillor Blue Nicknames/Aliases: Blue Age: [NO DATA] Gender: Female Gift: - Knowledge Power - Blue has the ability to answer any question or convey any skill, though only if asked a direct question with a concrete answer. This is, like her sibling Green, a trade-off. In order to achieve knowledge from Blue, the participant must forfeit some of their own memories. Loyalty: Liberty - Councillor for Homeland Security Description: In stature, Miss Blue is hardly the most intimidating of the Council. She is short-set, petite in build, with inky-black shoulder-length hair. Her complexion is extremely pale, and whilst make-up isn't a terribly common commodity, Blue seems to be seen wearing dark eyeshadow. She dresses neatly, but entirely in black, her outfit giving a sense of someone in mourning. Most notable about the councillor though are her eyes, which are shocking pale ultramarine, with black sclera. They're rather alarming to look at, and far more difficult to maintain contact with. Personality: Blue is a very calm, collected, courteous individual. She almost always has a serene smile on her features, and has never been seen to raise her voice or become irritable, even in a crisis. She runs her department with level-headed efficiency, something her faction, of course, appreciates. However most anyone outside of Defence would happily admit, albeit in a low tone, that there was something a little...off about Blue. Her tone never varies, making it hard to work out if what she is remarking is sincere or sarcastic. Her calm smile never seems to quite reach her eyes, which are as cold and lifeless as permafrost. Occasionally, people will catch Blue looking at them, out of the corner of their eyes, and see something else in those eyes... something avid and predatory. Like a cat watching a baby bird. Then, just as quickly it's replaced with impassivity again. Blue is a great commander, but whether she's a great person...or even a person, remains more a matter of debate. Skills: -Ability to convey skills and knowledge upon others means that Blue's top staff are incredibly deadly in combat. -Blue's ability have allows her glimpses into all sorts of secrets. There are a great number of questions she could answer. Weaknesses: -Like her Erubescan brother, Blue's abilities are dependent on the consent of the subject, and she cannot use them on an individual without the individual agreeing to a 'deal'. Brief History: Blue has been tied up in Liberty inner workings for as long as anyone within the faction can remember. She had been effectively managing Liberty's Security Division for many years in Pierrot's absence of responsible leadership, something she runs with total and ruthless efficiency, to both deal with enemies outside and inside the walls of Liberty. Blue used her abilities to her advantage.
