[@Sickle-cell] I saw there is a kill on sight order for Gubbins, does this extend to all of "The Covenant" or just him? Same question for the Wonderland gang and pipeline. It isn't clear if the killing going on in the Gladius border conflict is ordinary for Boston or if this represents an extraordinary escalation in the Boston situation. I'm guessing it is an escalation, and thing will get more violent here soon, but just checking.
