[@SkinnyTy]The kill order extends to the whole Covenant, not just Gubbins. Pipeline and a good deal of Wonderland have kill orders on them. Black Kaze and Caustic, for instance. Planck doesn't, neither does Askaryan or Freakshow or the other, lesser capes in there. Low-level gang violence like this started out as is extremely common. However, parahumans don't normally get involved in disputes like this. 

I wouldn't mind catching the two of you before you go wandering around the Tinker labs in the communal area just beyond the door, if you fancy hanging around to watch the news with the two other tinkers already there. It'll give me a chance to introduce you to Pallas.
