Here's my character! I know he doesn't necessarily fit the cast of characters (yet), but I'm hoping he'll still be fun to mess around with. He also has some questionable powers, so please let me know if anyone has any problems with him and I'll be more than happy to limit them further.

Doo_liss
"I hope they don't have weak hearts!" Gender: Male Personality: Doo_liss is, and always will be, a true opportunist. Any opportunity for a new endeavor will spring the small ghost to his feet in no time! Well, that's if his soap operas aren't on. And only if the opportunity involves tricking others. Lately the word prank has lost its flavor. Though it is Doo_liss' one true purpose in life to spread his mischievous bag of tricks onto anyone he encounters. Perhaps maybe these tricks could go to far... But that's how you get someone good, and in the end it's all for good fun! Right...? Genuinely speaking, Doo_liss is much more fueled by the prospect of fun than of malice. Rarely does he do the things he does out of any other intention than to mess around with 'friends'. He's a ghost with a child's heart! But with that comes the mentality of never knowing when things go to far. Brief History: The average Duplighost is a very mysterious creature to begin with. Spectral, yet physical. Gifted with unparalleled powers, yet they are used for a poor purpose. Doo_liss, however, seems the strangest of them. He has a much more complicated grasp on his gift, his powers even branching out into other categories of mysterious gifts. Basically he was given one weird Christmas. Despite his powers, like his kind, he has a much larger fascination in simply messing with others. Hence Doo_liss' life at the Creepy Steeple, past the forests of Twilight Town. To him its people were perfect targets for his various tricks. Other than being an annoyance, they didn't really mind the ghost, and the ghost kept to his soap operas and occasional scares. Though he felt an itch, where the occasional disguised trick or spooky-ghost-voice no longer sated him. That was when he perfected his first ever curse! Turning the people into pigs was a very humorous accomplishment for Doo_liss, Until some plumber put an end to his fun. A few events later, a gig involving some witches, and Doo_liss became an actor portraying the image of that over-glorified plumber. You really start to learn about a guy when you have to perform as him twenty-six times. He became sort of a star in the eyes of the thespians, and a damn good one at that. But what was the fun in it?! He was entertaining audience after audience, but where was the scares? Where was the tricks? Near the end of his career all he could feel was that itch, and instead of scratching it, he continued ignore it. Oh the torture! But then, one night during a performance, when the lights dimmed low Doo_liss' itch could no longer be ignored. He had to act! He had to scratch it! And he would do so right when the lights would appear. He would give that applauding audience a real show the moment the spotlight struck him! As the lights returned however... he no longer found himself on the stage. Rather, he found himself standing in a forest just with the bare hints of morning. He was confused at first. Everything was just... off about how everything looked. But rather than fear of the unknown, his chest began to pound with the excitement and freedom each act gave him. He was merely placed off of one stage and put onto another! A real chance to give a true performance. And with this one, he could finally scratch that itch! Universe of Origin: Paper Mario TTYD Equipment: Only but the clothes on his back. He's a one-man wardrobe, after all! Abilities: Doppelganging Doo_liss, like his kind, has the remarkable ability at-will to completely transform into any person he could possibly think of. Anything larger is too much of strain, even for someone advanced like Doo_liss. While transformed, he can perfectly imitate the person's voice. He can even imitate the props and magical attacks of others, though these are merely spectral props and cause no harm. Doo_liss' appearance can flawlessly match another's by analyzing them. However, when free-forming his transformations he has to go purely off of memory, meaning that tiny details being left out could make him near-unrecognizable with the being he attempts to copy. Copying someone's attacks and props are the same ordeal. Doo_liss could at one time even swap bodies with another person, but he has since abandoned this trick for personal reasons... Polymorph Curses In his desperation to perform the ultimate trick on Twilight Town, Doo_liss began a curse that transformed its townfolk into pigs at the occasional ring of a bell. This, in the eyes of those who know him, is his most dangerous ability. It's potential is yet to be fully understood, and perhaps in the wrong hands, could be used to devastating effects. Powerful, yes? Well... it's a pain in the butt to get going! Doo_liss spent weeks to actually conjure the existence of the pig curse. Imagine trying to turn people into cattle; that would've taken months! He then had infuse it into an instrument capable of sounding off the curse. This, in Doo_liss' mind, is best accomplished with a bell... and even that took weeks of enchanting to get down properly. That old church bell almost even broke under the pressure of the energy! By the time he had finished the preparations he was practically pooped. It took him a whole weekend of television binging and sofa naps to recover his strength to want to actually sound the bell off! Letter Manipulation Strangely enough, against the logic of the world itself, Doo_liss somehow has the ability to make a letter vanish from someone's name altogether! In this, he can make it impossible for anyone to say or pronounce the letter _ in the context of Doo_liss' name, and anyone's name for that matter. Doo_liss himself is immune to these effects. This is much more a parlor game than anything to use effectively in a situation. With enough training he could possibly negate more letters, but for the most part he rarely uses this for anything useful. Other: Sometimes I may use another player's character name, treating it as my own character doing actions. All I'm doing is playing Doo_liss in disguise and I am in no way god-modding that actual character! I know some of these powers can be weird, and if some need to be nerfed or even be removed that's totally fine. I want to play this character really badly, but I don't want him to be too powerful. Thanks for reading!
